  This place is a SCAM!!! Do not go here !!! Do not rent from here! They are stealing other companies photos to promote their business!!! COURTNEY who will claim she’s the manager and NOT will answer the phone , book you and LIE and say all this stuff included driver, ice and decorations !! Give you a false bus!!! The bus I received was dirty , gum in cups , dirty cups, trash all over the bus we had to clean up the bus !! I cried so hard I was so upset all my people could not fit on my bus I booked and PAID for a 20-24 passenger and received a 16 passenger!! The bus was flat out raggedy !!! It mad loud noises through the music and it was filthy!!!!DO NOT BOOK A PARTY BUS WITH this company!!! It was soooo dirty !!!! Disgusting!!!! and I’m actually looking to file a small claim against them to receive my money back since the manager never called me back about false advertising which is illegal !!! They BLOCKED me!!! She threatened me with their lawyer and when I said have him contact me she didn’t !!!!! They literally stole from us! It’s disgusting how people will do you !!! I really can’t believe they’re scamming like this !! And if you don’t believe me READ PREVIOUS REVIEWS!!! Ignore the FAKE ones!

  We booked for a 30+ passenger for my daughter wedding sep, 10, 22. We got a smaller bus that fit only 20 people. the driver did not know his assignment and came to the wrong address at first. I received a call from my daughter that the bus had a flat tier in the middle of the freeway that was around 5 pm. I had to leave the wedding to go pick her up and my son in law. I asked for a half of the money for refund as of today I did not receive anything. we had to send multiple cars to pick up the groomsmen and bridesmaid. It was a horrible experience. When I called the owner Sam, he did not even want to listen to my side of the story and stated " I will talk to the driver and see what happen and I will call you back" I do not recommend this company at all.

  My wedding was September 10, 22. we were suppose to have a party bus that fit over 30 people, we received a bus that fit only 22 people. The driver did not know how to drive, going into potholes and on our way back they bus had a flat tier. The stress that I had to go through, I can not even explain.I was suppose to be at the banquet hall to see it before the everyone come and I couldn't do that as we were delayed. We request partial refund , they promised but they did not send us any refund. It was horrible experience, I do not recommend this company to anyone.

  DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE CROOKS. THEY BAIT AND SWITCH. My brothers wedding was this past weekend. It was agreed upon that he would have a new 2022, 35 passenger bus for the wedding party. We were shocked as to what pulled up. To say it was a beat up hunk of junk would be giving it too much credit. The a/c was broken, and the windows duct tape shut. We couldn't even get a breeze, in this oven box on wheels. Not to mention it could probably only hold about 15-18 people. The bus was filthy & still decorated with deflated balloons and streamers from the previous unfortunate group who was stuck in this scrap bucket. The best part is when we called to see what happened and allow them the opportunity to make things right. They answered once then booted us to voicemail, and eventually blocked us. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt, mistakes happen. However, It was clear when we had no answers and our numbers blocked that this company shouldn't be in business at all. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A SERVICE READ THE REVIEWS, SAVE YOUR MONEY, AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

  DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAMMING. I went against my better judgment. They told me a 30 passenger LUXURY party bus for 4 hours would be $898. I thought I was getting a new 2022 luxury party bus because that’s what I was charged for and that is what I expected. When the bus arrived, it was old and beat up looking on the outside, it was NOT A 30 passenger and barely fit my guests. One of the speakers was busted out & James the driver told me he was “contracted” and his fee is $100 just to show up and an extra $50-70 if people wanted to smoke. I told him that is not what I was told over the phone and it was not stated in the invoice, either. He was also rude about it staying “I collect my fee before I pull off”. I was very disappointed as this was for my birthday and I got scammed out of $998 all together. Please do not book with this company. You will regret it.
