Last time I came here they screwed up all my tables orders. They also did not know how to split the check. The food here is ok but I'd rather go to Harry's burgers. In this area there are better options so take a look around.

We were sat immediately by very nice staff. The menu is great everything's customizable. Food was fantastic. Burgers were a bit smaller than I would of thought and a little expensive but so worth it. Chili lovers will be impressed as well

Absolutely awesome food and great service in a pretty unexpected location. Called in pretty late one night (around 10PM) to order a few burgers and fries, gave them an ETA as I was heading back from out of state, and my food was just finished and still perfect and hot as soon as I got there. A bit pricey but I think it's well worth it for the quality. My fave is the ultimate bacon burger, it's to die for.

Cute place. Waitress was amazing. Nice system for ordering your burgers. Burger was dry. No flavor. Nothing to write home about. Hubby got mac & cheese and spent the night being sick. Let's not forget to mention 8.00 to park and hubby had to call out of work. This was an expensive meal 😢

Lovee the food here! Amazing service! Fast and delicious every time! My favorite servers are Kym and Jess. The chef Jenny is amazing! Great environment and the outside seating is beautiful! Will be back there again!

Ingredients: Fresh and healthy. Service: Friendly and nice. Atmosphere: Really nice in the summer with outdoor seating.
We tried this place minutes ago. The staff was as friendly and welcoming as any place I've ever been. The menu has choices for everyone and the food is great (due to high quality, healthy ingredients).
I'm trying to think of something negative about this place but I really can't come up with anything at all.response / report this review -

The food was great but the service absolutely blew. Great location you can park in the garage and just walk down. It was nice being able to build your own burger. Our waitress however almost never came over to our tables (and we had a table of 11 people so would of been a great tip). She flirted with a 3 person table near us for at least 15 minutes (she took their order then went back and stayed there til their food came out). I get that the guys there were attractive but you have other tables. When the bill came she wouldn't split it up. She said you guys can figure this out and just walked away.
Cool idea but my husband and I probably wont go out of our way to go back.response / report this review -

Other than the horrible parking situation, this place is one of my favorites in Providence! They have friendly staff and quick service at reasonable prices, can't beat it!
