  I went 2 weeks ago to do car shopping not knowing what I was looking for exactly, the salesman asked me my budget and showed me a car with all the features and quality needed and let me take it to my machanic who said it was an amazing deal. I'm not a millionaire and have other bills so could not afford money down and they got me approved for a reasonable price!!! Salesman Rod and the guy Charlie in financing were amazing and worked hard to make me happy. Will recommend for sure

  Great customer service, helped us out alot we did almost nothing. Almost everything was taken care of. They're not pushy and let us take time deciding on our choice.

  Only Toyota dealer in town. Staff is friendly, nice waiting area with perks for customers. Tried to make a service appointment via their sensor with no luck, so consider calling.

  I am in Western NY during the summers. I have been using Luv Toyota during the summer for one of my regular services since I bought my Yaris in 2007. In 2012 I was urged to do work that my Toyota did not require. Even though I was assured that my car hadn't yet had the services they said I needed (through a National Toyota Database), I decided to check with my dealership back home. They informed me that my car had already received the service Luv was urging. I was able to correct that error and went ahead and had the service. This year my Yaris is due its 120K service. Luv quoted me a price of $950 for this service. They said that the owners manual specified the list of services they enumerated for me. Once again I called my Toyota dealership back home. They quoted me a price of $236 and Superior Toyota in Erie, PA quoted me $245. Luv is the dealership closest to me but I will now travel some 45 miles to have my services done at Superior.
  Shame on Luv!!!
