  Place is a joke! They won't cover warrenty I have guaranteed on my bike. So giant manufacture stated they can make hollyloft do the repairs since hollyloft is licenced to work for them . told you karma will get you ;) good luck future costumers who come here hope you don't have the sane problems

  I had a tubular tire put on my bike at hooly loft about $80 for the install alone plus $70 for the tire well, 4 coats of glue are supposed to be used on the rim alone, dryed and cured seperately along w' two for the tire otherwise the tire will disattach itself in a high speed turn which mine did almost killed me ruined a $350 wheel left me in the middle of nowhere very obvious only one coat of glue was used on the tire which was then obviously immediately attached very quickly onto the wheel thank god i'm alive and now i'll tell the tale to all who are interested holly loft is an over priced, pretentious, and under qualified little shop instead of admitting they were too unskilled to attach my tire they simply took my money and slapped my tire on my wheel without even reading instructions on how to do a proper install. Too obvious all the high ratings come from owners or relations. My money will be spent elsewhere from now on.

  Awesome service. I am a fan of a bike brand that isn't sold in the immediate area - but these guys get 100% of my parts and service business. They treat me very well and always go the extra mile to make sure that my bikes are in perfect working order when I leave (even if I didn't notice an issue when i brought it in).

  A belated five star review with Hollyloft this summer. Our condo at Chautauqua Institution that we have rented for 2 weeks every summer and included two bicycles was sold. We did a Craig's List search from our home in No. California and saw a listing for Hollycroft. I phoned the manager with a request for two inexpensive used bikes saying we would arrive in 48 hours. They replied, two bikes would be ready for you. They were unbelievably GREAT. Better than ours at home. Can't thank them enough for wonderful service. Chris and Dan

  Bought my first road bike from these guys and it was great! Super friendly service all around. I would for sure recommend Hollyloft to anyone looking to get into the biking scene. I have been riding in their Tuesday night group rides and its been a blast!
  Very friendly environment!
