  Place is great. They helped me more then they had to and it means a lot to me. U guys are great and love how you actually go outta your way and chat with me ask how I'm doing and things. Makes it feel more like seeing friends and not just a business. And its a awesome feeling. I hope you guys keep up the work :) Aaaaaaaaaaaaa+++++++++ .

  If you're looking for bike repair, don'b bother here. What a joke. My husband brought his bike in originally because a pedal had fallen off.. a part was stripped out and needed replaced. Also needed a general tune up. Got the bike back a few days later.. the pedal fell off again on the first ride. They just stuck the pedal back on, without replacing any parts.
  This issue was eventually resolved, but he still wasn't happy with how it was shifting, and it was making noise. He was out riding around in the driveway trying to figure out what was wrong and the new chain totally snapped.
  We take the bike to Hollyloft (which I highly recommend) and found that the chain had snapped because they didn't use the proper link AND the sprockets were installed backwards!!!!! Yeah.. Stay away.

  I will never go to the Cycle Shop to get embroidery's done again. I purchased a shirt through them and I paid extra for their "digitizing service" which entailed creating a digital embroidery file. I later asked them for a copy for their digital file that I paid for and they told me it "wasn't their business practice".
  
  Needless to say I will not be using their services in the future and I will be going with a different local company.
