Picked this place because of the HUGE sign that says 'Walks ins Welcome' plastered on the window. There was someone on the phone when I walked in who didn't so much as even look at me until she was off the phone. I told her what I wanted and she looked at her schedule book and after a couple seconds said 'I think we can do that'. You think? Do you want my money or do you not want my money? (Later on, she was on the phone with a customer and told them 'walk ins are welcome but we prefer if you make an appointment') So I picked my polish and was able to sit right down for both my pedicure and gel manicure. Because I was literally the ONLY customer in there. The place is HUGE and there was one nail tech working- mine. I don't know her name, because she didn't tell me, nor did she say anything to me the entire time if it was not related to the service. I'm all about no small talk, trust me. But the whole attitude and ambiance of the place felt like I was a complete nuisance. Whoever my nail tech was, she did a good job on my nails though. She took her time, which is nice. But I don't want to feel like you're pissed someone actually came in, so I more than likely won't be returning.

I love this place!!!! Crystal is the best! I have been going here for the past 4 years. Great convo, great work, nails are always awesome And English speaking so you know what's going on. Really down to earth. I would never go anywhere else.

Katie did a good job with the tools she had today. Got the impression that male customers are not welcome. Will be trying another salon for my next experience

I'm a business owner so I understand making it convenient for my customers. Now a days it is not ok to not accept certain credit cards because companies like square exist. Be kind to your customers and get square and start accepting all credit cards.

Long wait. Don't take walk-ins like they claim, and nails don't look as nice as other places I've been. I always get injured when my cuticles are done. The polish could have used another coat but the technician never offered; I didn't realize until I left and they are so dull looking. Won't be returning.
