It's great. I just think it's a little expensive. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars.

Candace (sp?), our server, was fantastic. She was knowledgeable and positive. Uni was fresh, beef and broccoli was a highlight. Butterfish was good. Fried rice was underwhelming. Thai ice cream was delicious but the scoop was so small I thought for a moment they forgot to plate the dessert. Like the decor and the patio is comfortable. Tea was good quality but the pot is huge and takes up too much for a tiny dinner table.

Lukshon offers a great variety of excellent small plates. The wine list is very good and the sommelier knows the wines. It's a bit noisy inside, but the outdoor seating is good.

The Hawaiian Butterfish was fantastic, but the rest of the meal was average. Cold sesame noodles felt odd served by itself, and I've had better soft shell crab at almost any Vietnamese restaurant. The food was good but overpriced for what it was, maybe the meat is better? They had a very limited menu and hardly any vegetarian options. Lovely venue and great staff though.

If you're ok letting the chef decide what ingredients are on your good this is a very good choice. One of the best restraints in Culver City right next to Father's Office and run by the same chef so there are no substitutions or alterations to the dishes. You have to be pretty good to get away with that and they are.

I came here for an anniversary celebration with my wife who has some serious food sensitivities. We were told that there were four dishes she could eat in the restaurant, one being steamed rice that part way through the meal we were told wasn't actually available. They basically told us, with a kitchen full of cooks and food, that they would make no accommodations for my wife. In this day and age, I feel attitude like this are unacceptable. The food we did have was great, and the service was amazing, but it is way over priced.

A few positives about this place. It's interior design is nice and the staff here are top notch. If rating was about service I would rate it 5 stars. However, I cannot understand how the food here is rated so highly. I've eaten at many other places with much tastier foods at half the price. We ordered 8 different items and each was lacking some kind of punch. I kept expecting the next item to be better only to be really disappointed with the food. Its the one and only visit to this place.

4 stars for food. 5 stars for the setting & service. Asian fusion cuisine. Best dish we had was Clam chowder which is a Thai soup. Lobster banh mi was a disappointment. Hawaiian fish was good. Nothing is really outstanding or wow.

Really tasty food, I'm particular the lobster. Errs on the side of being slightly expensive at ~$30-50/person but all the food I had was delicious.

The food was good some of the dishes were absolutely delicious some of them were just good. The service was fairly friendly but not over-the-top. The real stars of the service were the people who pour the water and took your plates. They were very attentive. The waiter less so.

I thought this place was fantastic. I went last night so middle of the summer on a Tuesday and it was just wonderful being outside on the terrace by this fantastic weather. A little bit crowded outdoors so I'm glad we had reservations but very chill atmosphere.

The food was delicious. For two people 4-5 dishes are probably fine depending on how much you eat and what you get. The Sichuan dumplings were incredible and the chicken pots were amazing as well so highly recommend both. We also had the halibut which was amazing.

For drinks the Singapore Sling and the Gimlet (with a spicy kick to it) were great and solid summer night drinking decisions.

Definitely recommend this place highly! Oh and for parking go into one of the lots of the furniture companies around there.
