Went to lunch today with a friend ordered just fries went to pay and asked the old lady that hardly speaks English if I could pay for the fries separately and she threw a fit "I mean lectured me" said I should have asked the server for a seperate check. Come on really it's written on a piece of paper. Would not be treating customers like this didn't expect much less though after seeing how she treated our young waitress. I will not return here. This place has gone down hill drastically in the past few years. Blue Ash Chili better food, price and service only 10min further on Blue Ash Rd.

Lucy's makes one of the best Cincinnati chili plates around, but strangely they rarely are busy. The atmosphere is nice and the dining room clean.

Decent on some days average on others overall it's just a diner
The first time we came it was great but it's gotten more and more busier within the last month's so you can't control that but the workers are sort of friendly sort of not! But the people who come have no manners and they like to make fun of others and look down upon others to make them feel bad and they aren't really any of the expected things I already mentioned

The beef and bacon sandwich looked like the best sandwich I've ever seen. Personally, I got the double burger which was pretty good, but the beef and bacon sandwich was enormous and looked incrediblewish I would have gotten it myself.
