Always great food! My family and I love to go to Lucille’s to enjoy their awesome BBQ! The restaurant has plenty of seating so even if there is a wait you do not have to wait long. Great for large groups.

First time here. Appetizer sample platter was awesome. Highly recommend the fried okra. Burger was perfect and garlic mashed potatoes were the perfect side.
Our server Joseph was attentive, friendly and extremely knowledgeable! We'll be back

I ordered the Catfish and Shrimp dinner last night. Let me tell you, the FISH and SHRIMP was burnt. They even accommodated me by preparing a new dinner and it was still burned. The batter had no taste and no season what so ever. Not to mention the sauce the serve with the meal was NOT GOOD at all. Now, As far as the customer service, that was GREAT. And I know they tried accommodating me to the best of their ability, but I will never go to this establishment again. That was my first ans last visit there at Lucille's Smokehouse bar b que. Thanks but NO THANKS

The Air Force has taken me across the US these last 10 years and I have had some amazing BBQ at countless establishments in Texas, North Carolina, Tennessee, Mississippi, Missouri and Wisconsin. This place is EASILY in my top 3, probably top 2! Our server Matt was knowledgeable and extremely friendly, as was the management. This is our new "go-to" restaurant and we cannot wait to visit again when our family and friends visit. Thank you for an amazing first experience!

The double breasted, BBQ sandwich was nice and tender. It did not fall apart like many do. The potato salad and slice of corn bread made good compliments to the sandwich. Large glass of tea and that was supper. Very appetizing. Price was a bit high but an occasional splurge is ok.

I had reservations for 7:00pm on Saturday September 30,2017 for a party of 20 plus two high chairs to celebrate my 50th birthday.🎈🎈🎈I must say we were amazed by our waitress Ashley Kelly. She rocked it. You did an amazing job girl. She handled it by herself, the only help she had was when our appetizers and entrees cane out. The appetizers, entrees, and drinks were on point. Thank you for making my celebration just that more special 🙂

Went out for dinner with the hubs. Shared a huge meat plate and had amazing unsweetened peach tea. Prices were a little high but the food was good. Our waiter was incredible. We didn't need or want for anything. He already had it on the table wheb we realized we needed it. Good job!!

Great variety of delicious food and drink options to choose from. Good customer service and all around dinning expierience! Prices are worth the quality & quantity of food. 🤑The patio is awesome, especially when the weather is right for it 👍👍We live in Tucson, but so glad we decided to stop in and check it out. 😉 We can't wait to return here for another 💣 meal!

The portion are large so you definitely get what you pay for. You have to try the snickers pie for dessert it was so yummy! All the sides you would expect at a BBQ place and great service. It's just an interesting place to look around and the food is great. I will be coming back for sure. Great place for family dinner without the dishes after.

Service was awful. We must have caught a shift change..the lady that was leaving forgot my friends drink completely. The restaurant was dead, and they were vacuuming..during happy hour? The biscuits were Rock solid hard, the $15 brisket was dry, and chopped into tiny sawdust like pieces. Sooo glad I didn't order one of the $30 entrees. This place used to be busy and the food and service were over the top. Guess it's time to rebrand that location.

It's expensive, but it's definitely worth the price. First and foremost, the biscuits served with the meal were exquisite. However, my meal (I ordered the mardi gras chicken) was even better! For one, the chicken was cooked to perfection and the sauce & potatoes blended with it wonderfully. Everything was amazing. In addition, the portions were very generous where I had to take the rest home, which I was happy with so I would be able to have the meal again. Be prepared to spend $20+, but know it's worth the cost

Horrible! I wish I could rate lower!! We call ahead, ask if the patio is dog friendly- they respond not only with yes, but service animals are for inside and all others must be on the outside patio only. We get there, a different person clears a table to seat us at. We were at the table waiting for the waitress. Then a new person shows up and yells at us, we can't have a dog!! Thanks- way to be the worst place I have ever seen-if you don't know your own rules, God only knows what goes on with the food regulations. Seriously, in tempe of all places- so many dog friendly places and I'll gladly give them my money.

My family and I choose to opt out of the traditional Christmas dinner and decided to cater instead. When we walked if we were greeted with so much warmth and enthusiasm it made everyone smile. The best part of all was the warmth, enthusiasm, and positivity was projected from the manager! I was absolutely floored when she said her title cause I have never in my life seen a person in a high stress position exude so much positivity to not just her customers but to her employees. So if you ever want an amazing meal and good vibes look for Sara, she is the epitome of positivity.
