I was indeed pleased with the technician and his skills. He explained to me how the thermast would work.
There will be another service call when new part comes in. At the end of the repair work, I was given a tutorial. I am a satisfied customer.

The same technician, Bryce returned with the new thermostat. His professional conduct is superb; above standard and he is very skilled and knowledgeable of the entire job from the beginning to the finish.
I was given another tutorial on the operation of the new thermostat, since it is different from the previous thermostat.

Great people had 4 different people getting my heat fixed and my wiring repaired. Couldn't ask for nicer people. These guys were all great and very professional. Would recommend Air now to everyone I know. They all need a raise!! Great job guys and God bless you all.

Brandon is fantastic. He is on time and does his job thoroughly. Always polite and informative. I'M not a very trusting person, but I trust him completely and when he leaves, I know my heating or air system is in good shape.

Another thorough and professional experience with Adam during my maintenance. Received some unsettling news from the maintenance, but Adam was thoughtful and thorough explaining what repairs are required. Another great experience as usual !!
Came home this evening after being gone all day to my house at 97 degrees. ..Heat still runningI turned the unit off and called Air Now around 9pm and Cory called me about 45 min later and said he was headed my way..
With in just a little while he had my unit up and running again.I really appreciate all the hard work. Seems like every time I have a problem it's always late at night and on the weekend. ..
Never seems to be a problem for Air Now guys keep up with all the hard work! !

Adam was very informative on what needed on our air unit and options that we could use to repair before the unit gets spray. You've got a good employee (Adam) that explains and gives you options and payment plans.

Update: This unit is the King. Power bill was never $250 pr month, old unit averaged $350 pr month in the summer. Now I'm excited to see what my winter power bills will look like

Was scheduled for spring maintenance for my a/c today. The technician who came out today was Bryce. Not to my surprise, Bryce was very nice, like the other techs I'be had the opportunity to meet. He was also professional, patient and knowledgeable of his duties and responsibilities. I appreciate the willingness to recommend things needed to help keep our unit running up to specs. Sometimes it may appear pricey, but in the long run it's worth it for comfort. Air now has a great team of employees from the office staff to the technicians. I recommend Air Now for any AC service needs. They responded in an emergency need, sacrificing family time to make sure they have satisfied customers who are appreciative and become faithful clients.. (like me) :-) Thanks Air Now!! Thanks Bryce. They were very friendly and professional! They were quick to come and address the problem, same day service and even had someone come give us an appraisal for a new unit the same day. The unit was installed just a few days later, a day that was more convenient for us, and it was installed quickly. Then they came to inspect it to make sure it was running smoothly and we are enjoying our new unit! Highly recommend.

Excellent service by a knowledgeable technician.
Our air conditioning went out on Labor Day (of all times). They were here within an hour of my call and the technician quickly diagnosed the problem and laid out our options.
Although our system will have to be replaced (after 25 years) air now repaired the immediate need and will give us full credit toward the purchase of the system when they can send the installation team to put in the new system.

James was great. My A/C unit just wasn't cooling like it should and he found a problem that existed from the units installation. The unit is a high efficiency 2 stage compressor but whoever did the installation did not connect the second stage and therefore the unit had to work twice as hard to reach setpoint if it could at all. As soon as the second stage came on I could feel air from vents in the house I had never felt before. This only took him a few minutes to troubleshoot. OUTSTANDING!
