Very nice staff! The worker put a light bulb in the lamp I bought to test it out for me without me even asking. So thoughtful.

They have a lot of women's, men's and children's clothing and shoes.
They have purses, back packs kitchen wares.
The staff is friendly and does a great job of keeping the store organized.

Ive been to every goodwill in the area. Every employee has always been sweet and helpful. And the best was the way it was color coordinated and organized but at the Cross Lanes location it was none of that the employees were rude and unhelpful and everything was everywhere all the colors were together but you had men's women's children's all together nothing was where it was supposed to be and you didn't get any help out of them just a very rude attitude

This is my favorite Goodwill store for browsing! Usually not crowded. Store is kept well organized & clean.
