just recently purchased a Mercedes GLS 550 from Florian. Florian was great and answered all my questions and at no time did I feel pressured to make a purchase. Napleton's did not have in stock exactly what I was looking for. Tim Hayes was able to make changes to what they had on order to get me exactly what I wanted. Florian and Tim were both very professional. I will definitely be back when I'm ready to trade up to the AMG!

All I can really say is all around excellent service! I always feel welcomed when walking into Napleton Autowerks. Every employee welcomes you when you walk through the door. They really take their time to acknowledge you and make sure you are being taken care off. Over the past three years I personally have purchased three cars with napletons salesman Luis Pena. He was a great help when my girlfriend was ready to purchase her first car and took his time to find us the perfect one. He also helped when deciding which car was right for me. He always listens to what exactly you want and gives you as much help as he can offer. He is truely a spectacular salemans and I will continue to purchase cars with his help.

My husband and I were at your location a few weeks ago and received wonderful service. We were there for service on our car and realized that we were going to need to purchase another vehicle. Casey immediately started working with us to try to find us a car. She took the time to listen to what we needed and then she went over and above trying to find us the perfect car. Unfortunately we were relocating out of the state and ran out of time. However because we received such excellent service at the Mercedes-Benz in Rockford we went to the Mercedes-Benz in our new area because of the exceptional service we received in Rockford. I bought a 2017 Mercedes C43 last year on Black Friday! After shopping for about a month, I found my car at Napleton. Great customer service and guidance to help me make the best decision.
