  The Love and Care Heating and Air team of workers that replaced my home's full HVAC system plus water heater are a blessing. They were on time each of the two days and worked diligently together as a great team. It was great to see Mark Shaw who stopped by to check on the job and to see if the installers had everything they needed. I highly recommend this company for any and all of your heating and air repairs/replaces/ or just annual checks. Thank you so much.

  HVAC unit replacement: Replacement of 2 roof mount units including new thermostats and duct repairs at our church. Very professional and courteous interaction and service. Less than 2 weeks from receiving the estimate to the finished Installation. The actual job was completed in 1 day. Installation crew cleaned up before they left. They gave a thorough explanation and where very responsive to follow up questions. I am switching my home HVAC service program to Love and Care Heating and Air.

  Love and care are great, when our AC was having issues in summer they came down right away(when i couldn't get another HVAC company to return my call). They fixed it up and it ran fine through summer.
  
  Our system developed some major problems since, Nick sat us down and explained all of the issues(with photos and videos) as well as our various options in repairing and replacing it. We ended up replacing the AC, the installation team was great and fast, they had it all replaced in a day. They even put down tarps and cleaned up after.
  
  I've already recommended them to several friends and family.

  The men were right on schedule when they arrived each day.. 1st day they diagnosed the problem ordered parts when they came back we noticed even more issues had popped up with our 14 year old coleman HVAC system we knew we needed a new HVAC system.. then Mark the salesman for love and care come and sat down with us for 2 hours going over different options our first new HVAC system in our home we were concerned over the cost but Mark along with Chris the owner presented a price on a beautiful new system that we knew was a good affordable price.. financing was easy.. installation went over without a hitch the installation crew they know their business from diagnoses to the moment heat flowed from the vent this company and crew are the way to go! We recommend them highly no beating around the bush their goal was to help us and they certainly did!!! We're in our 70's it's nice to have a warm home on a cold evening!!

  Love and Care is the most professional and honest Heating/Air Conditioning company I’ve had the pleasure to work with.
  
  They installed an entire new system at one of my rentals in just 2 days and came in below the estimate (which was great for my budget). Also, the project manager walked me through each step and showed me the pictures he had took explaining every problem and answering all my questions.
  
  They showed up on time each day and respected the tenant’s privacy and the property in general.
  
  I don’t know how else to praise this company except to promise to use them on my other properties and refer them to people I know.
  
  Highly recommended. Best customer service in town.
