I made friends with Ralph back in 2019 right before the pandemic hit. Ralph did an excellent job in guiding my wife and I into a house in Sevierville. I don’t know how it could of played out any better. He found us the perfect house. We sold about a year and a half later due to the insane market, also using Ralph and Rasa. Our experience for the sale was just as good. I love doing business with Ralph and Rasa. If we buy in the area again, Ralph and Rasa are my go to realtors. We get a Christmas card from therm every year, it’s a very nice personal touch.

We have had two closings in ten months. In both cases we hace worked with Ralph and Rasa. They came recommended by a friend who worked with them before. They are a great duo, a balance of two sides of the same coin. Ralph is measured and has a zen attitude in his approach, free to share his brutally honest opinion, no icing, thats very refreshing. Rasa is capable of selling sand in the Sahara. She has mastered the negotiation skill like a maestro. As buyers in a sellers market thee were times that proved challenging, but, she stepped up to the plate in the most satisfying way.

Ralph and Rasa Baldino are very professional and extremely knowledgeable. They have helped me find two investment properties in Sevierville. I always felt that they had my best interest. I am an out of state owner therefore, I could not always be present for certain things. Rasa would video pictures of the properties to me and explain pros and cons for each property. They went out of there way to make sure the buying and closing process was easy.
