We did Mega Cavern today and the zip lining was amazing. Thank you Ben and Savannah for making it such a fun awesome experience. Ben, I adored your cow jokes and Savannah, I hope you figured out the best Christmas gifts for some silly folks (Ben, you may be included). Thank you both for making us feel safe and educated. You both made our experience so fun and I can't wait until the next visit.

We had a truck with all adults and we enjoyed every moment. Made me feel like a kid again. The light displays were awesome. Thank you for the time and effort put into the lights. Well worth our 6 hour drive. We will be back!!

We went to Lights under Louisville doing the VIP. It was definately worth the extra cost, did not have to wait at all on a Friday night. The lights and music were awesome. My three year old grandson very much enjoyed the show. I was a little worried when I purchased the VIP pass online as I didn’t know what to expect, they sent an email with specific instructions and everything went smoothly. The employees were all very friendly and seemed to enjoy what they were doing.

We did the zip line in the old limestone quarry. This was especially cool because it was under ground with a lot of light effects. Jacob and Trevor were our guides and they did an awesome job. They treated us, and the others in the group like individuals. They were friendly and cracked a lot of jokes. It was a great time. I highly recommend this zip line experience. It is like no other. 😁

I've been here three times now, and each time it seems to get better. This was my husband's first time and he felt at ease and safe. The guides do all the work, including stop you and hook you up to the zipline, so it's easy to relax and have fun.

Zach and Kyle, our guides, were absolutely awesome. They answered all of our questions, made us laugh, and told stories that had the entire group interested. They were fun, personable, and extremely knowledgeable.

We will definitely be coming back here!

Fun and unique experience! Zipping is awesome! Mega quest was a good physical challenge and the electric bike tour was super fun. I would definitely recommend.

Pretty cool experience for some family fun! The guided cave tour is pretty cool as well as some of the other adventures. They are on the pricey side. Be sure to wear closed-toed shoes if you're going to do any activities because sandals are not allowed.

Brigette my wife and Scott my long time friend set this up as a surprise birthday present. What a gift! She did not go sadly but Scott did. Everything was set up on line and I had to sign an agreement on phone. Very easy! Once there we had a class to show us how to use equipment. how to use equipment. We got Mack and Max. Very funny and told stories of cavern. They work well together and should be praised for their work. Great daygreat time.

VIRGINIA is the best guide ever.

We went on the tram tour which was very cool. Our tour guide was funny and very lively she also ate a worm which I thought she was joking but she did. Props to the girl on that one lol. Great experience for the family we have kids ranging from 4 to 15 they loved it.

I took my son here when we were on vacation in Louisville. We did zip lining. It was amazing! Our tour guides Derek & Jacob were awesome! They deserve a shout out! They were fun, knowledgeable and made the experience enjoyable! I highly recommend going there.

A bunch of cheats! We had reservations and live 4 hours away. Our car had flat and we were going to be late, so we called and asked for a later time and they said "no. No refund or later date! If you don't want to give up almost 200 then better call 7 days before for a cancelation.even tho they were only made 3 days prior! Thanks for nothing!

Love it here on the zip lines! Had an amazing trip with my family of 4! Highly recommend this place to other family's and couples! Our guides were Evan and Trevor! They were great and sweet/funny! Let our group have a great time!

Expensive, but totally worth it. Our zip tour was over two hours of fast and fun zipping. The heights were enough to make my palms sweat, but our tour guides Max and Ben took good care of us. They were funny like Disney Jungle Cruise guides. And they had minty fresh breath! This was one of the coolest experiences I've done with my son. I wish we had had something like it in Utah.

My daughter and I had an amazing experience at the Louisville Mega Cavern. We both wished we'd planned half a day around the cavern instead of just a couple hours. We took the zip line tour--our first--and had a great time. I was a little nervous about my 8-year-old zip lining, but the guides, John Mark and Tyler, did a fantastic job ensuring everyone was safe. My daughter has been asking when we're going to Louisville again!

Overall the Mega Cavern is a great concept. Who would have imagined that there is an activity center underneath the zoo. The entrance way was a little confusingtrucks and big rigs driving in and out. But once inside, the sight is amazing and colorful. The price for the zip line seemed a bit high, so we opted to only do the Tram tour. The tour last about an hour. Greg was our guide and did a great job of entertaining throughout the tour. Without him, the tour would have been uneventful. Overall, the Tram tour was good, but something that I would do just once. The quest and zip line is probably more suited for older kids.
