I literally just left I will NEVER return!! I spent 30.00 on two gryos with extra meat fries and drinks!!! The gyros were loaded with lettuce which was old as well as the onions and tomatoes! I watched him make fresh fries and STILL gave them to me so over cooked they were crispy!!! Even the soda machines were terrible sprite had zero kick lemonade tasted extremely old or something!!! Now this is my 2nd visit the first visit is the reason for me ordering extra meat because my first visit i literally had bread and veggies smh this is ridiculous i dont mine paying for goood food but for this trash no way!!!

We were pleased to eat here on a snowy evening. The service was efficient and friendly. The fries were over cooked, but that is unusual for them. Great sandwiches.

Nice staff usually quite atmosphere for lunch. Only downsides to this place are if you try going around noon the wait times can be really bad so it's better to take lunch at an off time. My only other complaint is prices here keep going up every year it seems, when I started going here 5 or so years ago the burger combo special was $4.99 for a burger, fries and drink now the same meal is 7.99. One thing to mention is while yes they have added a 2nd hamburger pattie to the burger the patties are so small they really had no other choice. So while I still enjoy the food, service and atmosphere it's unfortunately no longer what it used to be for me a great value and better food than the fast food joints in the area the food is still good but price wise they are at least even with McDonald's, BK & Wendy's alone them but for how much longer as the prices continue to climb?

The place is absolutely disgusting. All the tables were dirty and not just with crumbs. They were covered in plates, ketchup, and used napkins. The manager was incredibly mean, he was yelling at his staff and then talking to customers about how "slow they are" and how "they’re all replaceable”. All the employees looked miserable. The service was slow, and the food was very overpriced for how bad it was. My salad was basically just iceberg lettuce and my gyro was garbage. The pita was rock hard, the meat was gross, and it was all smashed together in a ball of tin foil. I was beyond disappointed. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!

It's the kind of food you'd make at home, except the mediocre kind. Not the kind your mom makes.

Best Greek Dressing. Yummy grilled chicken. It's one of our Sunday lunch spots.

Come on now Lou & Harry's is epic! I couldn't survive without this place. Was sad to see Okemos go but I am glad to see downtown and Frandor still kicking strong!

This is a great grill. Fries are excellent. I often get the burger combo or gyro combo. Both are good.

Service can be a little short (in terms of attitude) and slow, if it's rush time. Otherwise, love Lou Ha's. Having grown up in East Lansing and then going to State for UG, I'm biased to this spot bc it's a Spartan's life staple. Gyros and burgers, especially back in the day when it was a $3.99 lunch combo! Couldn't be beat, with their fresh Greek salads and their crack-filled Greek dressing (I could eat that slathered on anything), and deliciously perfect crispy seasoned fries and the Tommy's chicken pita!!! Unbeatable for a casual local spot.

Lunch-- restaurant was not busy, about 1/2 of the tables were full. Ordering was quick, but we waited over 20 minutes for our counter service food. Fries we COLD. Burger and salad were great!

Great quick Greek style deli food. Awesome gyro's and in my opinion the best French fries in Lansing. My girlfriend loves to get their veggie wrap without feta as a vegan option. Salads are also very good. The dressing is to die for. Lou Ha's does get very busy during the lunch rush.
