This location is a complete joke and disgrace to the Nissan Brand. I have a 2017 Nissan Frontier that was in for its second oil change and its first tire rotation. Well I get down the road and no washer fluid so I start looking. They rotated the passenger side and not the drivers, no fluids checked or filled, and the oil filter was not changed. Who in the world would rotate one side and not the other..plain stupid. They tried to say they did the oil change and another lie as the sticker in the window even said NAPA. Seriously I am not stupid they took my truck down the road and had it changed at another shop. When I asked about this they said we carry NAPA parts this may be true but you put 4 miles on my truck and the NAPA shop is 2 miles each way..hmmmI am sorry but you are a licensed dealer and you can not even do an oil change and tire rotation correctly. What is even more funny is the checklist of maintenance checks said fluids filled, tire checked, blah blah blah. None of it was done they lie and are dishonest. Then they have the nerve to say your next oil change is on us. Seriously dude I would not bring anything back to your shop because this is the most simple and basic thing that we all do to cars. This location needs to have the Nissan flag pulled period!!!

I think it's pretty safe to assume Lansing Nissan is permanently closed (closed since 11/3/17). Drove by this morning and there were barely any cars on the lot, and from what I could see the showroom is empty . Can't think of any other reason other than permanently closed.

Some folks have said on the day of closing they were informed by service there was new ownership. That has since been proven false by a former employee. My guess is the owner is trying to salvage what ever business reputation that's left. All we can really do is speculate since the owner/management has failed to give any kind of notice about what's going on, unprofessional on all kinds of levels.

Corporate is aware of the closed issue but still has no idea what's going on. All they can do is recommended going to another dealer which is about 40-45 min away from this location. Who knows, maybe we'll get lucky and corporate will find someone new to open shop.

Came in to have my oil changed and tires rotated. Turn around was pretty decent, about 50 min even though I was their only customer at the time. The first thing I noticed in the invoice was, that it was missing the tire pressure and tire wear figures, which I have come to expect from every other service dealership in my experience. I didn’t say anything at the time, as that is not a huge a deal and I paid the fees and drove away without putting a lot of thought into it. I decided to stop by the Whole Foods down the street, to grab some groceries and to my surprise when I’m walking back to my car with the groceries I found the hub cab on my rear left tire was gone. I immediately call back the dealership and I’m told that it’s not at the dealership, I drive back the way I came looking for the missing hub cap but it’s nowhere to be found. I then examine the other hub caps and the front right tire one was lose, and I push it back into place. The rear ones were mounted correctly though. I argued with the manager, who was apparently the guy who talked to me when I came in for service, and he says that even though he would like to remedy the situation for their obviously shoddy work, he can’t replace the hub cap because it’s not OEM and they have no way of ordering a replacement that looks like that. He offered to give me a credit for the NEXT service appointment, which only an idiot would take when they can’t even mount hub caps right, why would I trust them with the rest of my car. I should have read the reviews for this dealership. Avoid at all costs if you value your car and your safety.

The service department is a disgrace. I have taken my car there multiple times over the past 2 years in an attempt to have them fix my air pressure sensor and check engine warning lights, which are constantly on. They have never been able to fix those issues. Two days ago, I tried again and asked them to take a look at one of my front tires that has been slowly loosing air pressure over the entire summer (I've been inflating it about once every 2 weeks for about 2 months now). They told me is was fine -- guess what happened this morning when my wife needed to get to the doctor THAT TIRE WAS FLAT!

Message to Nissan: I really like your cars over all. Unfortunately, I can't give you my business anymore. Lansing Nissan is a joke, and I will never allow that dealership to see another penny from me again as long as I live. The service department does not listen to, or value, its customers. Sorry, but it's time for us to go our separate ways, Nissan. I guess I should be driving an American car anyways

The service center is great! I have never had an unpleasant visit. The team is knowledgeable, understanding, and extremely friendly. They have always helped when I needed it and have treated me better than any other service center I have ever been to.

Go to another dealership or don't buy a Nissan! I bought a brand new 2017 Pathfinder at this so called "All New Nissan of Lansing." I have around 10,000 miles on the vehicle and there is already a check engine soon sign on the car. Went to the dealership and they looked for every excuse to put it on me saying it was my negligence. Very deceitful staff. Beware before you deal with them.

I was there on Wednesday and was not treated well. I test drove a used car that was unsafe to drive, as it shook when I accelerated and vibrated pretty bad. (but was still priced very high). When I "interrupted" the salesman to give the keys back he told me he would have service look at the car and then apologized the the man he was speaking to. The salesman never gave me another recommendation for another car or offered to help me with anything else. I emailed the salesman the same day telling him that if he got the car fixed to please contact me. I have not heard from anyone since. I bought my current car from this dealership 13 years ago and loved it so much I wanted to give them my business. Sadly, I will not be going back.

Brought my Murano here twice. Dustin has been amazing both times. The 2nd time I hit a switch that turned my brake lights off. I didn't even know this existed! He could have easily charged me a fee and told me my lights just went out and had to be replaced, but he was honest!! Lansing Nissan has fully gained my trust and loyal business!!

Overall, I've had OK experiences here, thus the OK review. The service department, whom I interact with for most of my visits, have been friendly and helpful, though their estimates are usually wildly off. The last estimate was for 45 minutes, and it took 2 hours. I've never been unsatisfied with the work, though.

I didn't buy my Nissan from this dealership. I found the salesman a bit pushy, which is fine - I expect it. But when my wife called to get a price, he refused, using the line "It's common courtesy to come in to get a price." Basically, calling my wife rude is not a way to get my business. If there was another Nissan dealership closer than Jackson, I would go there.

I purchased a used car from Lansing Nissan approximately 2 weeks ago and couldn't have had a better experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted promptly and asked if we would like anything to drink. Every single person I had contact with was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The dealership had nice amenities, was clean and modern. No pushy salesperson, no pressure to buy. I felt like they wanted me to get the vehicle I wanted and my satisfaction was their primary goal, not getting the sale. Follow up after the sale and answers to any questions I had were prompt and thorough. I would definitely recommend purchasing your next used or new vehicle here.
