These guys are super professional! Great service. I was able to just drop my car off in the morning and they called me that afternoon when it was ready to pick up. I always do my tire business here! Highly recommend this place!

Went there today to get prices for new set of tires. They have two guys only and most of there time was on the phone. I stood in line for almost 30 minutes and only two people had been helped. I left and went across the street to Belle Tire got waits on right away was there for about ten minutes. Getting my tires there. Also sent my son to Value tires we all got great service and prices. Never never will I go back to Discount tire. They should take a basic business course.

They do a good job
But they are the busiest tire place iver ever been to
They told me my car will be ready in 5 hours, and that they'll call when it's ready. The didn't call nor did they know where they parked my car. I called 6 hours later and had to ask if it was ready as it was so busy there,& there isn't a place to park the cars when done with working in them so they park it at the restaurant next door or down the street a bit.
If u want to get in right away u need to make an appointment

I used to come here and tried giving them another chance but never again. A. They told me to come in to check my tires real quick and be good to go *Key Word Real Quick* I get there and Jim (Who's the only guy I like dealing with because he's patient and goes above and beyond and can do multiple things at once) then he tells me my issues but tells me it's a 3 hour wait where on the phone *Real Quick*

This place is very under staffed all the time and the wait time is always more than any other tire shop. I went to Budget and place was packed and I was in and out in minutes.

You only come here if you need a tire or screw taken out because it's free. If you buy tires go-to Budget Tire or Tazmania Tire they're always cheaper than this place.

Been here 1 hr 35 minutes so far nothing has been done. Went to the counter asked if they lost my work order? They looked dazed and I commented the showroom had been filled and emptied of customers twice since I walked in. No answers. Nice and polite but clueless would be being kind. I have been a loyal Discount customer for over 30 years. Sad state of affairs at this branch.

I have been going to this discount tire for over 15 years and have always said good things about them. Yesterday my vehicle came in for a tire rotation and wheel balance. The wheel balance was especially needed, as I travel on gravel roads daily. My husband has a little bit of knowledge in this area, being the tire and wheel engineer for GM, but wasn't with me for the appointment. Discount tire refused to do the rotation and balance because they said I needed to buy new tires. Next stop immediately after this was Courtesy Ford for an oil change. They said my tires were getting bad but had a little bit of life, and the tires needed to be balanced. Looks like Discount Tire may have lost a customer. There is a new Bell Tire right accross the road.

Our son had a flat tire and replaced all the tires on the car not knowing that we have replacement tires at home in Petoskey. The guys a Discount Tire were very friendly and graciously swapped out the unneeded tires for the worn ones so he could drive back home. Even though he'd only driven a couple miles on them , I know they could have refused the swap. They went out of their way to help us and we appreciate it very much. Thanks again, guys!

This has been my go to place for tires. Make an appointment if you can, it will help the wait be much less. If you have a flat, they will try and fix it for free.
I have gone to the local competition before, and felt like I had been taken a bit. Discount isn't super fast, but they are straight forward and reliable.

I ordered my tires online. The website gave me a date and time to be there. I choose to go to discount, because the price for the tires I needed are 100 cheeper. This should have been a warning sign right away for me. When I showed up to my appointment, I was told my tires were not in. Then they told me the tires I picked were not great for winter and that they could get me into a tire that would be better. I asked how much and I was told almost $200 dollars more than what I expected to spend. So your website and your store mess up my order and instead of compensation to me you up charge me. This was a blatant bate and switch scheme. I am very disappointed in discount and I will now continue to go to bell tire. I strongly recommend not going to this company and I would strongly recommend you do your homework before you trust this company.

All discount hours suck! Don't get a flat after 6 pm on a Fri or the weekend! Cause them getting out at 6pm is way more important to them then there customers.

I had to have my car towed here after hours after a very stressful night and 2 flat tires. When I called the following morning I spoke with Rod who was very friendly and helpful. He quickly got my tires fixed for a great price. I asked that my keys be locked in the car since I live 1.5 hours away and I would picking up the car when I got out of work later that day. When I arrived to pickup my car Rod came out to make sure I was satisfied and okay for my long drive home. I was very happy with the service I received here and would recommend them!

I have been coming here for about 3 years now and have never had any issues. They are consistently up-front with me about what needs are urgent and what could wait. As a woman, I am concerned about car-related places taking advantage of me. Here, I always feel respected and treated well.

A few weeks ago, I went here after a tire was leaking in a car I recently bought. Even though I had not purchased the tire there, they patched the nail puncture for free! When I got home, I noticed that one of the hubcaps was missing and called to follow up. Jim tried to order me a replacement but when he couldn't find a matching one, he had me pick out a new set and reimbursed me for the entire cost. That's excellent customer service!
