The restaurant was nice, but I had a terrible experience there. Some servers are really disrespectful and the service was so bad. I still don't know why I left some tips, they do not deserve it. I will never go again.

Food is good but employees are bad. one of them had so many glass cups and was in such a rush that one of the cups fell and broke on the floor and some glass went in my shoes and some went in my sons shoes but didn't hurt him. And when I ordered a chicken churasco it was burnt

First let me say I drove roughly an hour just to eat here a desicion I already regret. While the restaurant itself looks nice my experience was rather lackluster overall.
The wait staff seemed fine but the waiter for my table rarely removed our finished plates and seemed uninterested in even attending us.
The most egregious decision however is that the restaurant places these stupid white paper tablecloths which stained constantly and made the table look dirty. A desicion made easily out of laziness because they have actual tablecloths under these disposable white one.
The food in of itself is not bad, it really isn't, however the steak is low quality and is nothing special flavor wise. The fact that they served our rice with a pincer after they gave us our plates was idiotic. Honestly plating should not be an actual issue at any self respecting dining establishment.
Good Lord it is not worth these prices for a steak this average.
Final review 2/5 this is simply a cheap Hispanic restaurant masquerading as a luxurious establishment. You could find a dozen better steakhouse in the same mall and even a hundred more so more adept at Latino cooking all over miam i for much better prices. Eat here if you're nearby and don't care otherwise go anywhere else it's simply not worth the price or your time.response / report this review -

Good customer service and location. Dining selection is not wide and pricing is above the options offered. Ambiance is not intimate and venue is very small.

They always friendly. The food it's outstanding. Love it. And the executive menu has a lot to offer for lunch with a nice price$$ attached to it. Specially when you work at the mallVery reasonable. Love you guys.

I have been to this location multiple times hoping the poor service was just a fluke. At this location, I have experienced rude waiters, long waits for food and broken plantain chips that looked like the ones at the bottom of the bag, but today, I was done. My family and I stood at the hostess stand while various employees looked at us and never said a word. After 10 minutes, we were finally escorted to our table, to then once again be ignored. We waited 15 minutes and still not one waiter greeted our table. We left. I called from the next restaurant to let the manager know and was told, that I should have come to find her. No one else had to come find her. I believe we were ignored because of our race, and I believe because when the hostess greeted me in Spanish and I responded in English I no longer seemed valuable. I will never go there again.

I used to love this restaurant. And then they changed location and completely changed the feel of the place. It went from being a typical Nicaraguan-styled theme to a more modern (nothing to do with Nicaragua) decor. The service is a little less formal than the elegant restaurant feel of past. The food is still very good, though. Just wish they had kept the mood the same.
