Me and my husband was looking for a particular carI seen the car I was actually looking for..the car was located on Lancaster..I know I checked the inventory on this car at least twice for a weekmy husband took me to the car lot and guess whatI was blessed to get the car I have been wanting and looking at for two weeksa wonderful guy that go by the name of Chris Tootle made our transition so easy and straight forwardI would recommend this article lot to anybody that is looking for a nice and affordable car Thanks Mr. Chris Tootle

Brent was so helpful to me and my husband with buying a car. He explained all the terms to us, and made sure to put us in a great car within our budget. We left educated and aware of the entire car buying process. I highly recommend anyone to go see him to purchase a car!

I went by to look at a Suburban that sold before I got there, and my salesman Brent was very apologetic as I left empty handed. However, Brent went above and beyond in searching through his inventory and found a beautiful Yukon XL and called me back that same night! He really did an awesome job making sure that I got a fair price, knew what I was getting into, and even shared what all they had replaced on the truck to make sure it was running well. Very honest, friendly, and made my first-time car buying process a breeze. Would definitely recommend to my friends!

We are VERY satisfied with Lonestar motors 2. Brent is a very great guy and makes sure he sales you a car that is reliable and was very negotiable and has a good ethic to help you get what you need. 10 stars!!!!!! Oh forgot to mention they have walk out the door prices, not the whole plus tax and all run around.

I am only giving this place a 1 star so I can post a review. I am extremely unsatisfied with the lies I have been told regarding getting my plates for my car. I was told by Brent when I bought my car that I would for sure have my plates by the 3rd of the month. Every time I call about them they have an excuse not to mention the car has all kinds of warning lights coming on not even 2 days later and the car appears to have been wrecked and poorly repaired. Ok so adding to this post as after speaking with Rachel a couple times today she has gotten the title lady to push my paperwork through and get my plates so I will be picking them up tomorrow. (THANKS RACHEL) My only issue now are the text messages I have received from Brent giving me attitude for telling the truth. Not professional in my opinion

My old impala was giving me problems, so car lot after car lot i ended, up here! Got a good deal here. And of course i love my car! I got what i wanted i wasnt pushed into a car. My sales Lady Peria she listens with compassion and sincerity. I told her my budget and the specific car i wanted.She made it happen, Highly recommended GO see her Oh yeah i ended up getting another Chevy Impala 2010. Thanks Loan Star Motor ||.

Got a 2006 Dodge Caravan from Lone Star a couple years ago. No big problems with this vehicle. The Folks at this Dealership were always great right from the beginning I got what I wanted at a payment I could afford. It's now paid off and going strong. Thanks Lone Star. Best used car Dealership ever!!!

Wow so I'm not the first it's sad when your in a business that effects the costumers personal life and it's just business for the seller this world is so dirty people everywhere trying to get over on you I'm just salty I'm in this position. #How can something positive go so negative. Then they try and tell you we are fixing the car for you and that you should be happy if you guys were really going to fix the car it would have been fixed before selling it. I wonder if people like that have good Carma or do they realize that they're messing with people's personal lives it is like a bunch of types of Donald Trumps working in there not for the people. Why are you in a personal business if it's just business with you guys bringing up God to mock you in vain. #Are there really people like that out there.

Management did not show any concerns, remorse, or even cared about my situation in lowering my payments. They did not try to work with me and did not get back to me promptly. Very dry in response when I finally spoke with them which took 3 days to even get someone on the phone. They need to improve customer service and building rapport with their present buyers as well as future buyers. My advice to you who are interested in buying with them is to be aware that you may end up with a 2007 year model vehicle paying the same care note amount that you would for a 2014 - 2017. DONT BE A SUCKER LIKE ME!!!!

I had an amazing experience today at Lonestar Motors. Kevin assisted me and he was awesome. Quickly came over to help and asked questions. He told me what he can do and he kept his word and got me in the car that I wanted. Thanks again Kevin and the Lonestar Motors staff. Definitely recommend these guys.

walking in to this car lot the whole atmosphere was amazing. I was greeted immediately by Chris. His customer service was the best I have had my whole life! The process was easy and stress free. I was truly blessed to walk into this place today!!!!
