If you're looking for a good Mexican restaurant in Park City then Loco Lizard is where you'd want to go. Every time I am up in Park City I have to stop here and grab something. Their chips and salsa are to die for. Also their burritos are some of the biggest I've seen in Utah. You won't leave feeling hungry I can guarantee you that.
One of, if not my favorite Mexican restaurant in Utah. I have never been disappointed in the quality of my food or the level of service I receive when I come here.
If the exact dish you want is not listed, describe it to your server. If they have the ingredients, they will try to accommodate your request.
My only negative comment is that the owner was not able to keep his Salt Lake location open so I don't get to enjoy his food as often.
I know others have had a good experience with their street tacos but I found them tasteless. Not bad but not there no salt, no zing, no sweet, nothing. For me it was a definite skip. My wife's food was a little better (Fajitas) but still light on any strong flavor. Her margarita was potent and excellent tasting though. Your mileage may vary but the place seems to be better for drinks than food.
This place has the best spicy molé I've ever had! I really miss the location in Sandy, but the drive here is nice, and the views so nice. This is my favorite restaurant in Park City for so many reasons!
So yummy! The street tacos are the bomb, especially the skirt steak,. Delicious chips and salsa. Service was good bathrooms were clean. Can't wait to go back.
Excellent halibut tacos. The portions were huge. I would have only ate one if I wasn't getting on an airplane to go back home. So I ate both of them. The owner was very pleasant and the waiter was professional.
Slow service. Decent margaritas. Good chips and salsa. Great patio.
Yummy Mexican food! I got the chicken nachos! You could tell that they put so much pride in their food. The service was very prompt and our server was very attentive.
Food was above average, atmosphere was good, but service was questionable. Alcohol was expensive and the portions weren't what was expected. Water/Iced tea was only refilled once, and waiter didn't seem very interested in his job.
Word to the wise, DON'T eat here if you are in a hurry. The food took over 45 minutes to come out, and tables around us (who ordered after us) were served before we were.
After 35 or so minutes we decided to ask if there was a hold up. One of the other staff members said we were next up and that it should be out shortly. (10 minutes later) Our waiter attempted to joke about the wait time by saying "See I told you it was coming soon, you didn't believe me did you".
The worst part was the fact 18% gratuity was added onto a party 5. This explains our waiters apathetic attitude and lack of interest in how the meal was going.
Delicious Guacamole! My second time dining here. The fire roasted salsa is delicious and unique. I had the seafood enchiladas which were amazing. The rice and beans have a unique flavor of fire roasted with Mexican seasonings. My food was served piping hot and our waiter was attentive and helpful.
Service blah. Guac taco good. Enchilada sauce YUCK! Strawberry Daiquiri no strawberries only lime juice.
Great food. Fantastic fried I've cream free with a Tanger coupon. Best chips anywhere!
Our waiter was the most amazing guy ever! Service was as incredible as the food and drinks.
Food was decent, not excellent Mexican by any stretch. Cool atmosphere at restaurant. I ordered off of a lunch menu at 2:30. When I was rung up my meal was $14 instead of the $8.99 I was expecting. I had intentionally ordered something cheap because I was heading directly home. When I asked they said their system was already set up for "dinner prices". Wish you would have mentioned that when I was literally pointing out what I wanted from the menu. Not going back here again.
Showed up after nine pm on a Friday night. My second time there. Staff was eating dinner at bar, and seemed to be in hurry to get you out. I ordered only to get hot plate with cold food on it. Enchiladas nasty, rice was bland, and black beans from a can. Waiter was busy finishing his dinner to notice we were ready to go, so I had to ask for my check at the bar for overpriced grossness. Before I had even payed, they had bussed my table. Never ever go there again, let alone recommend it. Taco Bell is better.
