I was a customer with Beauty Mark for years.
, but the location on Skyland by Walmart is horrible customer service. The sales persons are rude and verbalize rude comments. I refused to spend my money where the retail services is disrespectful.

Rude customer services service today. Asked a question about a product. They lady stated we are not about to give prices over the phone.
1st of all it was one product I asked particularly!
Who wants to drive that far and get there and it’s not there! Rude lady!!!! If I could rate 0 it would be!
Support West Side beauty supply store where they appreciate customers!!!!

I am a hairstylist and I have been for 5+ years I always recommended my clients here for hair and certain products until some uneducated employee which was a guy told my client she was buying the wrong things and the person that's doing her hair doesn't suppose to use the product but he certainly doesn't know anything about the product and if it was only for Professional use why is it on the floor. I come to beauty mark to get products every week & since I just moved to another location I came in and spent almost $200 on combs, curlers and etc. I will not be coming to beauty mark any more due to ruthless employees always running their mouths and being unprofessional at work! Neither will I send my clients to them either ! It took everything out of me not to turn around while I was at the door and get all my money back !

Just moved to Alabama. Thought I'd have to travel to Atlanta or New Orleans or even back to Mississippi. . I read a few discouraging reviews but visited anyway; my daughter and I had a great experience! The staff greeted us and offered assistance and let us shop. They assisted us with comments and fashion critiques (fitting area) and sizing advice to help us better decide on our choice of gown. Kathye (and others) were very knowledgeable and Raven was very helpful with accessories. Overall, my daughter was very pleased (and this mama was very comfortable with the atmosphere of the staff as well as the prices). Even the store owner (or management) became involved with a language barrier issue while ordering. I just cannot brag enough. . But great service deserves such! Kudos!

I love the selection of hair and accessories. .THE ONLY REASON I give it one star is because. The workers constantly follow you around like you are stealing. And I find it quite offensive because I can afford anything I want not everyone is there to steal especially when they have censors

Rude Korean workers. Always thinking ur gonna steal something. Watch u like crazy. Will not shop here again. Go where u r appreciated and treated wit respect. This is not the only store that accepts money. Believe that.

The workers and/or owners will FOLLOW certain customers around the store as they are shopping, making the experience very uncomfortable. This is very unnecessary seeing as though they have devices to detect shoplifting, along with cameras that are visible to all customers.

I am not supporting businesses that treat customers in this manner. I have other options for buying beauty products and will be utilizing them. Consumers, PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS WEHRE IT IS APPRECIATED. Thanks.
