Wanted to charge me $1,800 for water pump and the radiator I got the radiator for $240 to fuel pump for water pump for $50 in my mechanic charge me 200 to install it all. And that was on an H3 Hummer Lockhart Cadillac is a rip-off.

I was very pleased with the hospitality and the deal I was able to strike up with the staff. I was in a position with a huge negative equity on my trade in, they offered more value then any other dealer I visited, which were several including Hubler and Skiman. I have done all of my business with hubler for the last 7 years with a multitude of vehicles and do believe I have found my new place of business when it comes to purchasing cars. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome (considering the situation I had put myself in). I would recommend this dealer for certain, and not even necessarily for a Cadillac. I traded in a chevy for a dodge. Well done Olivia, you've earned my business.

As far as service, advisor, Doug is the best when dealing with Cadillac Suv's, an probably cars too. Most times he doesn't have to look at the vehicle. Tell him whats going on an he can tell you the problem. I own an Suv Cadillac, an I have had service 2 times and 3 oil changes. Other guys had to check with others to see what caused the problem. Doug does not do that. Tell him the problem, he will tell you what's happening, why its happened, an the solution. MY GUY, Doug your the best.

I want to say about my visit to Lockport Cadillac. I found the car that interested me through the Internet. I was assured that everything is working and given a discount. I came from Chicago. After starting the car, the air conditioner is not working. The sales agent (Brendon Hope) knew that I would go 225ml and did not warn about this issue, although he knew that AC does not work. Repair on this model is about $ 1000. Diller did not make any compromises

Excellent sales staff. I recommend Jim Sinclair or Josh Arnold

Never buy a car here. I bought my car here and within 2 weeks I found out it needed struts. They would not even try to help. I hadn't even made one payment yet. Terrible people. Go some where else to buy a car. Just don't buy one here.

If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. My fiancé purchased a 2014 Cadillac ATS from Lockhart -Greenwood in January of 2017. Initially he loved his car and we did not really have any issues, minus minor problems with the wheels. This in turn caused him to have to get his car serviced (at Lockhart-Greenwood) for which it stayed for roughly a week with no rental or loaner provided to us for the inconvenience. Fast forward 6 months (July 2017) later he takes his car to Lockhart-Greenwood to get an oil change. While there the serviceman informed him that he did not need an oil change. Trusting the judgement of the serviceman, as he is the expert. We drove the vehicle home, however on the way home the engine starts smoking and knocking. After a quick glance at the engine it was evident that the car did indeed need an oil change! We attempted to contact Lockhart-Greenwood's service department who shifted the blame towards us and made it seem as if we had either done something or that the car had leaked out oil. However there were no indications of an oil leak. In addition to them shifting the blame on us they were also very rude and unprofessional and failed to even try to rectify the situation. As a result my fiancé contacted the Lockhart in Fishers to which he had his car towed. If you are locking for a Cadillac I HIGHLY suggest AVOIDING the Lockhart Cadillac franchise/brand. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. My fiancé has had his vehicle for less than a year and has already had to get a new engine due to the negligence of Lockhart Cadillac.

Called to see if they could program a new door lock remote and they told me it would cost 120$ to only program the new remote which I already bought the remote already!! That is ridiculous!!

What a place, I cannot even begin to tell you what a fantastic place this is. If you are looking for a vehicle stop in. The dealership is first of all the friendliest and probably the most professional business period that I have been in. The sales people are great, I know I am going to miss someone so I am sorry about that. I meet so many great people there I am not intentionally leaving anyone out but if I left you out my apologies. Everyone was over the top awesome. Charles in Sales and Finance, Darryl in service, Jake in new car sales , James the detail Manager- This guy is a magician. If you have a car that you just want detailed hands down the best. I am very picky and this guy nailed it. Now let me tell you about Veronica the Sales person who was absolutely the greatest. She is professional, polite and extremely customer focused, and one heck of a sales person . Veronica is honest and will not give you the run around, she will work hard for you .One would mistake her for the owner. Now lets talk about the Owner Lindsay , talk about a family dealership , one that makes you feel special this is it. The Lockharts have created a team second to none. You can tell because they all really have a passion for what they do. When you walk in there- there is no pressure they talk to you and answer your questions. They are having fun you can see it. I could go on and on. The bottom line is if you are looking for a vehicle any kind , new , pre-owned they have a huge selection and I am sure they can find you what you want. So if you are looking for a vehicle , take my advice, Talk to any of the Lockhart dealerships. I am pretty fond of the Fishers location but I am certain the Lockharts have that same philosophy and team assembled at all their locations. 100% for Veronica the entire team and the Lockharts thanks Lindsay. Thanks everyone for making me feel so special.

I took my car to this dealership after a bus tire flew off of a bus going down the highway, and hit my car. The tire then proceeded to go under my car and out the left side. During the time my car was there, it looks as though someone backed my vehicle into something, as a good size dent is now on the back of my hatch door. Sad that no one said anything nor did they offer to fix it. After a week, insurance was still bickering over what they were going to pay. I called my salesman and told him that I would pick up the car, as I was paying for a rental as well, until I found out what insurance was going to pay. The repairs were extensive totally almost $4000.00. Upon picking up my car, I was charged a $100.00 fee to look at my vehicle. I was appalled by this fee as I have bought 4 vehicles off of this lot over the last 20 years and had every one of them fully maintained and repaired there, including replacing two transmissions. After these incidents, I would never take my vehicle back to this dealership, and will find another garage to complete the repairs that is needed. I guess I would expect this treatment from a JOE BLOW garage, but not Lockhart Cadillac. Although I have showed my loyalty to this garage over the last 20 years, I received none in return. And the dent in the back of my car appalls me as well. My car is an older car, but when they backed it into something, they either need to either fix it or pay for the damage. Because of these two incidents, I will never buy another car off of this lot, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

Had a great sales guy. I can't say the same about service department. We bought the car and after returning home it had a headlight out. We live on the northside so the next day we had to drive back to the southside to get it replaced. When we bought the car a key and fob was missing and the back tail light had condensation in it. The dealer agree to either get the keys from the prior owner or get us a another set of keys. We returned back to the dealer to get the keys and get the tail light fixed. The dealer chose the cheap way of replacing a key with a company called pop a lock. So we now have a second set of keys with a generic key with no logo of GMC. The back tail light still has condensation in it. After calling the dealer about the tail light ( tail light loose, no rubber black gasket) the dealer informs me that they put in a used tail light in and now has agree to fix it with a new tail light. Once again I will be driving back to the southside because it was not replaced right the first time! Think about twice before getting service done here.

I just purchased my 3rd car from them and I have to say each experience gets better and better each time. I have dealt with the same sales guy, Josh Arnold, and he works very hard for his customers. He made each experience the best i could ask for. Great great sales guy. The hole team at Lockhart has always been very easy to deal with and this is the only dealership I have been to that makes buying a car enjoyable. Very family oriented I truly think this place cares about there customers. I highly recommend checking this place out.

This was one of the most stree-free car buying experiences I have ever had. Trent was amazing and a very relaxed, no pressure sales guy. I test drove the car with him - he didn't bombard me with questions or haggle me on anything.
Jenni was great with helping me get a great trade in value for my car and keeping me at the monthly payment I needed to stay at. They had also prearranged to fix something on the car I was purchasing from them. After I purchased it and came back a few days later to get the part installed, they were very friendly and had me in and out in no time.

Thank you Trent, Jenni and Lockhart Cadillac! :)
