  After having a bad experience with another local company, we decided to try Living Well Family Care after hearing about it from a friend. So far, so good. It’s been a couple years and they have made my mother feel so comfortable and happy it is truly amazing. We are grateful for the level of interaction they provide and the little spark of life they’ve brought back to our loved one.

  We were very worried about leaving our Bubby anywhere, but in order to afford care, we have to work and looked at this place in Greensboro. They have in-home senior care solutions that really help put our minds at ease. It’s been 6 months, and our grandmother loves our nurse and the level of care is amazing.

  I have been employed with LWFC since 2016. This company is family oriented and provides great services to all. If you have a problem it is taken care of within the same day. The aides are provided with thorough trainings and you cant help but love the clients. I would recommend this agency any day if you want great quality care for yourself or a family member.

  I would not recommend Living Well Family Care for the care of your loved ones. Living Well' s aid, (Cunningham) stole my mom's life savings after earning my mom's trust. The agency was negligent in investigating the incident. Instead, they continued assigning this aid to other innocent family's homes. They also failed to report the complaint to the state. Numerous phone calls placed on the day of the incidence to the office, emergency number or nurse's cell line were ignored. On speaking with the owner the next day, she sided with the homehealth aid. She was even blatant in asking whether she should send out another aid.
  Beware of these home health care agencies who put themselves out as caring for your loved ones. It is all a Facade.🤔
