Beautiful trail. Usually not very busy and would suggest going with a friend. Haven't had any negative experiences with wildlife. The trail itself is a path with stone steps along the way, some parts have fallen trees or continue after a obstruction of trees/boulders. Wouldn't suggest going too far if you're not in good enough shape to navigate those areas.
