They treated us great, stayed open late so I could drive 3-hrs down and get our new puppy he is great and we love him very much. He’s a great addition to our family. Thanks

My Family and I shopped long and Hard looking for an amazing addition for our family after loosing our 22month old yorkie (Chikko) To Liver disease I came across Little Puppies Online and studied the page a bit I liked what I saw and made an appointment. My kids and I went to see one pup and feel inlove with another.. All the puppies that were brought out looked amazing there looked healthy and very playful and clean . After specificly going for one pup We ended up choosing another the best of the best “Zorro” who was renamed to “Cano” Thank you Little Puppies Online for having Zorro\Cano in the time of need. Michelle was amazing help and if we ever decide to add another Member to The Flores Family we will pick from you!!

Everyone I spoke to over the phone was extremely helpful and friendly. I found our sweet Teddy Bear puppy online and brought him home 2 days later. He is amazing! He is a little bigger than the picture online which they told me over the phone. He seemed very happy, healthy and clean when we picked him up. I had a very positive experience and will most likely buy another puppy from them in the near future. I've already recommended the website to my friends.

THIS IS NOT A SWEET FAMILY WITH PUPPIES FOR SALE IT IS A PUPPY MILL. DO NOT BUY A PUPPY! We had an appointment this morning to look at a puppy and after driving 2.5 hours we pulled in the drive and received a text at 9:42 that Danny had sold in the middle of the night. But they had other puppies for 299. Our appointment was at 9:45. We go into this so called family home which is not a home with a family and 3 kids it is a puppy mill. You cannot go back where the puppies are at. We picked one out to look at just to see what kind of condition it was in being last minute. They broight a different one out because fhey said the one we picked was getting a bath because she was dirty. It took them a good 5 minites to find one they could bring up. I would hate to see the conditons these puppies have to live in. Trust me this is not the sweet family they portray it to be. DO NOT BUY A PUPPY FROM THEM! THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY SAY IT IS. TOTAL PUPPY MILL!

In August of 2014, I bought a yorkie poo from them. I had recently lost my dog of almost 15yrs. Mia has been a joy. Like with any pup I get, I took her to my vet when I got her. She was healthy happy pup.
Today she is just as playful and happy as when we got her.
I am always skeptical and do my homework when I go looking for a new addition to the family. I had a great experience.
Now I saw the all the complaining comments. When I was there the place was clean and all the puppies were happy. We had asked to see several before we chose Mia and several other people were picking up there puppies.response / report this review -

On April 20th 2013, I drove from KY to Ohio. I wanted to check out their surroundings and to see how they were being cared for. The house was very neat and clean.the owners were delightful.kind.professional and all the puppies that I viewed looked clean and healthy.I fell in love with a black and white "yorkiepoo".He danced right into my heart and I named him Fred Astaire.
Freddy is a delight. He was easy to train..in fact, I taught him to ring bells hanging from front door when He wants to go outHe is crate trained.loving , gentle and extremely affectionateresponse / report this review -

We purchased a beautiful, Yorkie puppy this month and we are head over heels in love with him. Our experience however, was something we aren't too pleased with. To start, I wish communication would have been better on the breeders part as we had a lot of questions about our pup because he was held a few weeks longer due to hypoglycemia issues which we learned is common in small puppies, and it is good that the breeder wanted to be sure the pup was healthy enough to travel on his own. However, we waited longer than we had hoped before receiving our dog and were unsure why the dog was listed online if he was not ready to go to his forever home? & we had long wait times in between the calls we made and messages we sent to get more information on our puppy after we purchased him, and social media messages were often not responded to. Also, we are not happy finding out that the dog has been vaccinated by the breeder themself rather than an actual veterinarian? We were given unofficial looking shot records typed up in Microsoft word. We expected more official paperwork for the price that we paid. The last issue we faced was his pick up arrangements at the airport. I made sure to let the breeder know several times that I was going to be the one to pick the puppy up from the airport because my husband works second shift and he would not be able to pick him up. & after stating this several times, the dog was still shipped under my husband's name and not mine. The airport officials did not want to send the puppy home with me because he was not shipped under my name like I had asked. I waited a while at the airport to get approval from airport officials and had to show a text message that I sent to one of the little puppies online employees prior to this situation, where I had asked that they put the dog in my name because I was going to be the one picking him up.

I just read about Little Puppies Online being a puppy mill? Sad. Regardless, we love our new baby and we will give him the best life, he lights up our world. Advice for prospective buyers, I would do some more research on who you are buying from and set your expectations for what you want as far as customer service before working with this "breeder."response / report this review -

Listed in One of The Horrible Hundred 2017: Uncovering Puppy Mills, by The Humane Society of the United States. If you buy from them you are supporting a puppy mill.
Nathan & Sara Bazier, Little Puppies Online LLC, Mount Vernon, Ohio have been charged with puppies found in cramped, undersized cages; dealer bought puppies from unlicensed breeders. I tend to think since they are in southern Ohio they bought them from Amish breeders, and we all know how the Amish breed and horribly treat their animals.

Listed among the nations top horrible hundred of puppy mills. I am very saddened to learn this after buying my pup from here two years ago. People who run puppy mills are disgusting and should be prosecuted.

Outstanding customer service experience!!! We purchased a Teddy Bear puppy and he is the cutest, friendliest and one of smartest puppies ever. Potty training has gone very well! I would recommend anyone to Nathan (owner) and his employees. They go the extra mile without the extra charges!!!!!!
