Customer service is everything! You never know who your serving. The African American gentleman with this white shirt on 10’20’2017 seemed to be annoyed by being in this establishment. Didn’t greet or thank just yelled ‘I’ll take whose next “ It seemed like he’s had a personal bad experience with the company that I was delivering for bc when I confirmed that I was here for them he seemed like he got more annoyed. I asked for a fork/napkins which should have been automatically included in a food order he tossed them in a bag and walked away!! I won’t deliver here anymore and definitely won’t dine here. I’m black so don’t try the race card, I didn’t know how else to describe this rude a-hole

Stopped by to finally check this place out after driving past it every day for the last year on my way home from work. I inquired about a Meat Lover's pizza for myself with a few ingredients left off on half of the pie for my girlfriend, who is a picky eater. They refused to hold back the extra ingredients on the other half and told me I'd need to buy two pies!
Unfortunately I can't recommend this location as it seems they are more interested in nickel-and-diming their customers than satisfying them!!response / report this review -

DO NOT EAT HERE! I ordered a panini and salad combo yesterday to go. It took 30 minutes for them to give me my food, only for me to find a hair in it! I brought it back and they gave me cash back I waited another 20 minutes for them to complete the order. While I'm eating the second time, I find a green BUG in my food. I was so disgusted, I didn't bother returning it because I know I will never eat here again! I used to eat here all the time but I don't know what happened. The health score now is a 79. I won't be returning to eat hair or bugs.

Service was fast and friendly! Best takeout spaghetti I ever had!! Plus it was turkey sausagecan't find that anywhere!! Will definitely be back when I come back to Town!!

I go here for Gluten free pizza or pasta. I ordered chicken Alfredo gluten free this time.. The only problem was it came out with a piece of bread on it. Instead of sending it back I took a chance and ate around where the bread was. This location is usually very clean and the staff is pleasant. I wish they would pay more attention to detail..

This will be the last time we order from this Little Azio location. We typically will order for lunch and it is a miracle to get someone to answer the phone. Then when you arrive you will wait in a long line to pick up your order to find out the ingredients that should be on your order are omitted because they are out of them. The employee did not let me know when placing my order and I did not discover the omission it until I had left.

I generally call ahead and pick up from here. The food is good and priced reasonably. The service is always good even when they are crazy-busy.
