Nice place. Small and quite. Sorrounded by trees and the river.

Not worth for money. If you look at the showers which have no privacy at all and there is also almost no water coming out of it. Not to speak about the fact that it is hardly warm water.. Yes it is clean but because there is no water coming out of it, I think it will never be used. Wi-fi is good so are the camping grounds.

We'd give them 2 1/2 stars if we could. The RV Park itself is well maintained and the staff is pleasant. But the cons far outweigh the pros for us. First of all, access to the park is down a narrow one lane road right before you enter the park with a steep down hill. The spaces are very close together with very little turning space for backing a 30 ft Travel Trailer into. We are not experienced RVers, and the husband/owner was not on the property to help with backing in. Thankfully a neighbor saw our difficulties and helped out. The spaces are quite small, and neighbors are close so even average living noise can be disturbing. But our biggest complaint about noise was from the maintenance staff. During the week there was constant noise from hedge trimmers, blowers, and power tools. If you are active and gone all the time, maybe it won't bother you. But we are older and need a day to rest in between rounds of golf. Although the location is reasonably convenient to downtown Carmel and Monterey, we will not be returning for a second visit.

The setting is beautiful, nestled up in the hills. Very green and lush with flowers and talk shrubs for privacy between sites. Owner and I assume his family (or staff?) are all very friendly. They offer a decent cash discount so bring money if you want to save the extra cash.

Let's get the unpleasantries out of the way it's not a fun drive going in or out. It's nearly a one way road but it's set up for two so pray you don't run into someone coming in the opposite direction. There's two very tight S turns that may be challenging for some to navigate depending on your size and if you're at 13ft or taller plan on getting into a few trees also, the road has two substantial slopes towards the hillside so if you don't have independent front suspension the drive in either direction might be a bit interesting.

Despite the less than optimal drive in and the potential scratches you may encounter it's still a very pleasant place with great access to everything in the area.

Great so far. I have enjoyed meeting the owner and staff. The Wi-Fi claim might be over rated, it is decent enough. Sites are a bit tight. Follow directions from website and do not go the wrong way entering (especially 5th wheels). Quiet little place.

Ok camp. Decent size lots but feels little cramped. Privacy hedge between some spaces are nice. Getting there is little tricky as road is tight but if you come in the afternoon you have good chance of not running into another rig going in the opposite direction. Be careful on the speed bumps on the road. They are quite frequent. Price is too high. Wifi is not the best. Bathrooms are clean.

Nice park. Get help backing up into your space.
Yes, the sites are quite tight. Management very helpful. Stayed two nights visiting aquarium and driving highway 1.

Has really nice accommodation and really pretty place. Quiet, pretty view, nice little river. Only downside is the one way road to it, so if you have to be careful not to meet anyone on the way there or leaving or you're in a tight spot. Everything else is great.
