We drove 3 1/2 hours to Lifetime Auto after speaking with Chevy Friday evening. Saturday morning we were at the dealership and had a very pleasant experience. Drove home anther 3 1/2 hours in our beautiful Lexus. Chevy was very knowledgeable of all vehicles. She sat with me in the vehicle before leaving and explained all the great features. Thanks Chevy!

Great staff and management. My husband got a great deal on one of the first cars sold by the dealership two years ago. When I hit a deer and totalled my Nissan Versa last month, I went straight to Syid to find my next car. I am extremely satisfied with the vehicle I purchased and the buying experience.

Lifetime auto connection was great to deal with throughout. We got a good price on a lovely Buick Regal. More importantly, the folks at Lifetime worked with us to resolve a bit of a complicated financing situation and showed us they were more interested in making it work for us at the best price possible than squeezing more money from the deal for them. Great car, patient staff, customer first service. !!!!

Extremely efficient, detail oriented, and thoughtful. I would highly recommend them. From my first interaction on the phone until the final transaction the customer service spoke volume. I had been looking for a used Sienna, which they had on the lot. Syed let my wife and I drive the vehicle around the area on our own and then gave us an excellent price. Because we live in Sussex county him and his sales staff were extra accommodating in providing us with info like carfax and inspection reports prior to us driving down there and to give us extra keys. All in all, it worked out beautifully!

for about 4 days i was in touch with nadeem through email and phone calls and I always received quick replies. I was also shopping around to see if I could find a better deal somewhere else , closer to my home(I live 2.5 hours away) but I was unable to and decided to stop by that weekend for a test drive. long story short, I could not be happier with my decision to purchase from him. he was honest with me and always showed me the info i asked for which is not the same treatment i got from my local dealers and they sent me home with a full tank of gas!

Two stars because we got the car for a decent price. One star for the nightmare experience. Upon arriving, my daughter and I test drove two vehicles. We made it clear she had cash to pay for the vehicle and were told they would work with us. After deciding on a car and waiting over an hour to complete the paperwork, we were told we needed a cashiers check. I'll spare the rest of the details, but my daughter and I both left there extremely frustrated. As we were leaving, the manager circled the business name on his card that we should list for the check. Fast forward to the next day, we arrived to pay for the vehicle and drive it home. A sign on the door said "will return in 15 minutes." After waiting 15 minutes, we called the manager who said he would be back in about 10 minutes. We waited for over an hour for him to arrive. Then, when we handed over the check, he stated we made the check out to the wrong name (although it was the name he circled on the card before we left the previous day). In addition to these hassles, the vehicle wasn't washed and ready for us to take home like he assured us it would be. Unless you are willing to deal with the dishonest, unreliable manager, take your business elsewhere.

We had a wonderful and personal experience at Lifetime Auto Connection buying my Kia Optima!
Everyone was very friendly and I very much appreciated their outstanding customer service. They replaced the brakes and provided a full tank of gas before driving off the lot and really went above and beyond. Showed us the car fax and answered all of our questions with facts to include the actual value of the vehicle we were purchasing and where it came from prior to being on their lot. Over all they deserve 5 stars!
