  Staff Is real chill and the vehicle that I purchased is niceeeeee, it had a dead battery when I was wanting to test drive it and they replaced it with a completely new one, I like that they work with you, I got approved and took off from there lol now waiting for a bmw 3 series to land on their lot lol! But really, thanks Autoland.

  Very poor car condition, took 3 days to get it going for a dead battery. Buyer beware.

  Saw a vehicle I liked took it for test drive loved it within 24hours I was in the car. Everyone was very cheerful professional and down to earth. Would definitely recommend them.

  I found a very good deal on a truck that was everything I wanted! The buying process was easy and stress free. After that it went down hill. First, when I made my first payment in cash their printer was down so I didn't get my receipt. They were going to email it to me but never did. Then, my tags expired so I called and they said they would call me back. Never did. So my girlfriend called. They told her they lost my paperwork, including the title for the truck and they were trying to find it. If they didnt, they said they would need to get another title. After driving around on expired tags for 5 days they issued my new temp tags. I made aprils payment by phone and again never got a copy, screenshot or email of the receipt. Yesterday I got a phone call from them stating I owed them $98. After trying to argue with me about my balance I had to send them a screenshot of my bank statements to prove I paid them the amount due for the month of april. I'm very happy with the vehicle I purchased but very disappointed in the customer service I have received and the lack of professional service. My temp tags expire in 7 days and I'm still waiting for my regular tags. Even though I'm happy with my truck, I would never recommend anyone to this dealership.
