The staff are all very friendly. I appreciate the thorough checking of the entire vehicle and keeping me informed of other maintenance issues to be aware of. They are able to answer any questions I may have and help me determine the issues that need immediate attention and those that can wait without feeling any pressure.
The Service Dept. at Libertyville Chevrolet is fabulous!! I always wait for my car and they always meet or beat the time frame they give me. I also love that they wash and vacuum my car after it's serviced. I have been to other neighboring Chevy dealerships and I have to say that Libertyville Chevy is far and away the best in price and service.
I got my car back yesterday after Chevy having it for three days they couldn't find what was wrong with my car They returned it with dirty oil fingerprints all over the inside of my car is brand new 2017 there should not be any issues. Andy their service manager doesn't know what he's talking about will talk to you as if you don't know anything about cars even if you do and will not reach out to you to let you know what's going out with your car unless you call and ask for store manager.
If I could give this dealer 0 stars I would. After misdiagnosing my car, they then tried to charge me $1300 for an issue that would have been
salesperson raymond was amazing! He was very informative and kind. He made me feel comfortable and took his time to show me all my options. I didn't feel unsure or pressured at all and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I love my new truck. I'm thankful I got to work with a great salesman like him. I would highly recommend requesting him if you go here.
Great customer service. People are really friendly and willing to help in any manner that they can. Unfortunately, I can't remember the service representative that assisted me, but he was awesome. Will bring all my vehicles here. Fair and honest. Two virtues that are hard too come by when dealing with service and cars in general
I called the dealership after driving three and a half hours from Indianapolis to another local dealer only to find that they would not deliver on what we had discussed. On my drive home I saw that Libertyville Chevy had the same vehicle I had driven to Chicago for. It was 8pm and the dealership closed at 9pm and I was an hour away. The sales rep on the phone said come on up we will stay open for you. Awesome! Then I get a call back a few minutes later from a manager who asked when I would be arriving. According to navigation 8:50pm. This is where it gets funny. He tells me that the managers have a management summit after work and that they would be leaving at 8:40pm. He then asked if I could come by another day. Um, no. Another 7 hour round trip from Indy to Chicago? I'll pass. I guess they really didn't need my business. I wonder if a topic covered at the summit was "Do we really want to sell cars?" After reading the other reviews of the dealership it appears this may have been a blessing in disguise.
LIES LIES LIE .THIEVES THIEVES THIEVES
The sales people are too pushy. They add in prices before they tell you. They add items on your final contact and cover them up when you go to sign the contract. I have NEVER, NEVER, NEVER heard of charging someone to clean/ detail a car for $995.00.That's highway robbery. Plus the detailing was never done. I was also charged for keeping the interior of my car clean.
I should be getting a refund if 1526.24. Sneak charge on my contract I was never told about.
A customer SHOULD NEVER have to pay for a car to be cleaned. How many people took that car for a test drive.
The sales people are taught to pressure customers to purchase extended warranties for $2988.00 before it's ever explained to the customer. The sales people are very gruff.
Do your homework before ever purchasing a vehicle from them.
After reading the reviews I feel that this company needs to be turned into the Better Business Bureau.
I have been to a few dealerships and finally found one that made me feel like I mattered. The magic man was so kind and patient and answered any and all questions I had. He was very knowledgeable and seriously knew his stuff! I have recommended him to everyone I know!
Great experience, which blew me away. Ray Sullivan was great to work with, made the whole thing super smooth and easy (which is usually not the case with car buying). I know cars, I'm a car fiend and let it be known from the start. He didn't waste my time and got straight to the point. Refreshing
I recently came out to Libertyville to look at some new car options. I have to say that I'm glad that I stopped by the Libertyville Chevrolet dealership. The person helping me was Ray Sullivan and he was very knowledgeable and understanding. I didn't feel like I was getting sold. He actually took the time to understand my needs and offered a number of great options.
I visited this dealer to see if they had any cheaper vehicles than all the other dealer I have visited. My expectations were pretty high and that may be why I had not yet purchased a vehicle. When I stopped into Libertyville Chevy, my expectations were definitely exceeded. I was not hounded, the representative, Ray "Magic Man" took great care of me in timely manner. I must commend his patience, and customer service!! Furthermore, I was provided unlimited car washes, something I haven't gotten at other dealers.
I would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone searching for a vehicle, but specifically those with extremely high expectations like my self. Thank you again, "Magic Man"!!!!!
