Always very helpful, pleasant and as efficient as possible
This post office is a joke. I called 3 times to try to set up an appointment to apply for a passport & was on hold for over 30 minutes. When I called back the guy apologized & put me on hold again.
If possible, i wanted to give 0 for them. The salesmen are nice but not the manager. The manager, called Robert does NOT treat customers right. My first class mail was lost for two weeks. I asked him to help me figure out what happened. He told me he could do nothing and suggest me to call other office, which I thought he could at least made the call. He told me if I still could not find my packeage, he would provide refound. I called the number he gave to me, which was wrong. Finally I got the right number but the person told me my package was still in kc. I came back to him, he was not happy to help at all. He was not patient and told me he did not have my package in Kansas City. I asked him if he could made a call to figure out and he refused. And then he told me there was nothing i could do just wait and wait. He refused to provide a free shipping even this is their fault. Then, he did not even provide refound as he promised before. Instead, he let me wait 30 days for any type of refund. This is not about money. Customers have very important stuff to mail out. They do not even care about, not even wanted to help. At least, he could made a call or showed me he cared about the lost package. I will never come back for anything. Being responsible is the first thing to be a human being.
Pretty sure this is the slowest post office in the nation. Usually only 1 person at the counter and 5+ people in line. It takes them about 10 min to service each customer. Why does the usps still exist again??
I called this Post Office to make an appointment for a Passport specifically for a Saturday. The employee made us our appointment, assuring us they had 2 appointments available. We waited the 2+ weeks for our appointment, only to show up at the Liberty Post Office and be told they do not do Passports on Saturdays. The employee we talked with on the day of our appointment pulled the appointment sheets, and sure enough, there, on a Saturday, were written our appointments. She explained to us that she didn't know why our appointments had been scheduled on a day when there was no one scheduled to do passports. What a waste of time! We are now waiting ANOTHER 3 weeks for an appointment at another Post Office. It's no wonder people have a bad attitude towards the postal service. Get your act together, people!!!!!!!!!!
