I knew about Lew because his office was near my office, so when I started thinking about buying a new condo, I researched him thoroughly. I liked his analytical approach and his serious research into the downtown San Diego condo market. When I decided I was serious about buying a new condo, he was my choice. He was terrific to work with, but after looking at many condos, I decided to keep the one I had. A couple years later, when I decided to sell another downtown condo I owned, I went back to Lew. I was very, very pleased with his take charge approach to making my sale happen. Lew's personal attention and his detailed knowledge of downtown made the difference for me.
