Horrible service. I walked in to get a regular oil change. They took the keys. I sat there for an hour. They came back and said they couldnt do the oil change because my hood wouldnt stay up. Apparently they are to lazy to hold it. When they went to pull the car out of the garage they said they would pull it up. However they left the keys on the counter not saying one word to me. My car was just parked in back of the lot. I walked in the rain to go get it instead of waiting for another hour. Horrible. I recommend nobody spend your money or time here. There are other places a whole lot cheaper.

I took my new tires to Levin to have them placed on my truck. After leaving and driving on the highway my truck began shaking at 55mph. I checked my tires and found two lug nuts were missing on the rear passenger tire. I bought two new lug nuts. I took it back and asked for a refund for service. I was given a hard time. They re-balanced the tires. My truck still shook on the highway. I took the tires off myself and reseated the lug nuts. It appears they did not re-insert the lug nuts correctly. My truck rides better now after I corrected their mistake and doesn't shake. I don't recommend Levin to anyone. Beware and double check their work if you have to service your vehicle there.

My 88 year old grandmother took her car in to the Highland location, to take advantage of a $15 off oil change coupon. Walked out with a bill for $2000.
They preformed a lot of expensive and unnecessary work.

They perform decent prompt service and have a nice clean waiting area which is equipped with WiFi and offers water and coffee.

There is always something else wrong with my car than what I brought it in for??? Back brakes and oil change ended up costing me $500 go to the medicine store they are honest

I am a retired mechanic that went to Levin Tire to have my brakes and rotors looked at. Along with the brake job they wanted to sell me a brake flush. Brake fluid is designed to last the life of the vehicle. Selling unneeded services is rampant in the car repair industry and unwitting customers many times don't know they are being taken. I overheard the salesman telling another customer he needed a brake flush also and felt bad for the poor guy being taken for 150 dollars.
Needless to say I got my keys and leftbuyer beware!response / report this review -

well, when Mike W. was the guy really working there, it was a very nice place to go. because he knew a lot of things about cars, but since hes gone now, im sorry, i wont be back ever. why? Jose in the tire department filled up my tires really well for the winter, and Aaron, a new guy that works in there, think thats him, cuz hes the only really intelligent guy working in there, him being black and all, so many guys who arent white always know so much more about their jobs because they actually work for a living and take pride in what they do, while white guys are all about more money for them and less actual knowledge about cars, i know this guy who used to work in there, Chip L. seemed like he was trying to get me to pay for more jobs by scaring me into jobs i could not afford at the time, replacing the steering pump and the right ball joints cuz they couldnt guarantee for insurance reasons that if i didnt do that my car would be undriveable, just because i own a 1989 honda accord and on the outside, it doesnt look like much, they think its junk. well. my engine was replaced at 100,000 miles with an engine with zero miles on it, id rather have that car than a new one, so, i wont be back, went in today to get my car fixed so i could pass that test at BMV, only to be told they didnt have the diagnostics to find out the problem, so they told me to go home ,look through the list BMV gave me and dismissed me just cuz im a girl, they think im dumb. im 62 . wasnt born yesterday, so i went to a place on the same street across from it, made an appointment and it will be fixed tomorrow so im sure ill pass, plus he was nice enough to process a car care credit card for me too, and i can afford that, plus hes nicer too, not into snobs looking for pats on the head and more money, i prefer honest service and decency, he may have a smaller business but i prefer that, wont go to Levin again.ever. youre welcome, Levin, cuz before i left you got a free cleanup job in the girls bathroom, i scrubbed the toilet, cleaned up the sink and cleaned the toilet seat, wont be back. i actually did something instead of talking about it.

Good fast service but always check your vehicle after to make sure you got what you paid for and not assume all is as expected. I bought 2 new tires as I was satisfied with a previou s experience yet, this time my car seemed to handle strangely. After two days, I decided to inspect the tires and turns out they put two different sizes on. Never the less, I had to go back out of my way to have the one tire changed.

Levin Tire in Highland is by far the best tire and car repair shop in the region. Ive been taking mt cars there for many years and the service is excellent. I want to signal out service man Mike, who has wrote my service up several times and has always given me the best possible service. I commend him for his great service. Thank you.
