20% on gratuity automatic. Good lord, they should have paid me to eat this airplane food. Service was terrible.

Slooooooow service, small menu, fair drink prices for Chicago.

Very good food! Enjoyed our time at coaches during our cancelled flight out of Midway.

Food is eh normal pub stuff. No happy hour no flexibility on the sled. Service a little below avgfine for a easy bite at the end of the day but others in the area are better.

Very disappointing. I've been there a few times. And every time we go they don't have either corona or Modelo especial? The food is good, but why can't they carry, more imported beer? We just got up and left. Must be a budget thing?

Love this place! We go there everytime we fly out. It's always the first stop on our vacation!

Food was good once it arrived. Order was wrong, server was non existent for the most part. It was not a busy night, maybe 8 people and 6 of them at the bar. Service is not the priority. I would suggest going anywhere else, has to be better than this place.

The bartender was absolutely amazing. That being said our server was rude and took 5X the amount needed to serve a table. Took her 20 minutes to bring us water in a unbusy establishment even longer to take our oder and another 20+ minutes to get togo boxes along with a check. when we went up to the bar and asked for togo boxes because we had to leave and could not find our server, our server came back and told us to "chill out". Completely unacceptable service and was completely different from my first visit which was amazing because I was taken care of by the bar. I would have come back every night while I was intown if the service wasnt so poor on my second visit

Love this place. Very inexpensive good food for a hotel sports bar. Got the 7 oz. burger topped with fried jalapeno mac n cheese patty, and sun dried tomato, chipotle aiole. Incredible! Have not had anything I didn't like in the 20+ times I have stayed at the Holiday Inn where this is located.
