Every now and then in business an owner or manager can look back at a particular decision he or she made and say, "That was exactly what we needed at exactly the right moment!" Making the decision to begin working with Jimmy Tran and his outstanding team of IT professionals at Level Up was just such a decision for us in the final months of 2019. Their presence was immediately felt and appreciated by everyone in our company. They brought the order and predictability to our tech infrastructure that we'd been missing for far too long. What really made them "exactly what we needed at exactly the right time" was the support and guidance they offered as challenges multiplied during the pandemic and our systems strained under the pressure of so much change in such a short period of time. From helping our team pivot to remote working, to making sure our shared resources were securely available from anywhere at any time, to responding to every call and emergency in a timely fashion, they were there for us at every turn. Could we have made it through the past two years without their support? Perhaps. But at what cost to our team's morale and our company's bottom line, I hate to think. Level Up knows their stuff. More importantly, they're there for us how and when we need them to be. They're Five Stars all the way in my book!

Level up has truly changed our business and we consider them an extension of our practice. We recently did a full office remodel and they handled everything. They worked closely with our architect, contractor and Henry Schein to ensure everything was taken care of.
We cannot recommend Level Up enough! We are able to focus on dentistry and not the headaches of IT issues.response / report this review -

Working with Level Up has been a game changer and it gives me one less thing to worry about running my two offices. They are great at communicating and working with third parties like my internet, practice management software, and equipment companies so I don’t have to. Their whole team is friendly, super quick and responsive. I can rely on them for urgent needs when it comes technical issues with our computers and software even after hours. I appreciate they are proactive and working behind the scenes at all times to make sure things run smoothly. More so, they help me understand future needs and anticipate potential problems. They will work with you to come up with a plan that keeps your budget in mind and move forward at a comfortable pace. Level Up is a solid service and partner.

Since we joined Level Up MSP’s ongoing support client base, I can tell you that I sleep a lot better at night. Before Level Up, our IT ran in a reactive mode characterized by costly downtime and expensive repairs. Jimmy’s program has put us in a proactive mode that finds and fixes potential problems before they can impact our business. And that’s where we want to be! Their response time is great and we normally get a call shortly after we submit a support ticket. I truly believe that Jimmy Tran and team are doing right by us and I trust their direction. I would not hesitate to recommend Level Up MSP to any other business.

Jimmy and his team at LevelUp are fantastic IT providers! Customer service is what sets them apart from other IT companies that don't return your calls, but Jimmy understands the importance of customer relationships in additional to great IT Services. Highly Recommended!
