Lime Green was the first to respond when our water heater failed - causing water to seep into our living room - damaging our hardwood floors. They quickly set up a de-humidifier and mapped the moisture to determine the extent of the damage. Lime Green generated a comprehensive report that our insurance company used to get our claim going. They acted quickly to initiate our restoration, which included packing out our furniture and removing the damaged flooring to prevent further moisture damage. The professionalism and responsiveness of the Lime Green management and staff was such a relief and truly impressive. Every step of the way the Lime Green team kept us informed. My wife and I highly recommend this company to anyone needing emergency response/restoration services.

LimeGreen is the best water damage and restoration company EVER!

David, Kristy, Pablo, Carlos are all super humans and deserve all the awards and accolades.

Our dishwasher hose broke and flooded our kitchen and were certain we had lots of water damage and needed to get it sorted right away. I called LimeGreen after their normal business hours and left a message and to my surprise, David (owner) called me back 30 minutes later and had a crew out the next day.

Pablo and Carlos were incredible and walked me through the entire process and made sure everything happened quickly and professionally. They took detailed photos and built a walkthrough schematic to submit to insurance so they could see all the damage and not try to do what insurance companies do and refuse to pay for stuff.

The demo crew got everything removed that was water damaged over a day and a half and I never once had to deal with insurance, which was a true blessing.

Hopefully we won't need to use any restoration companies ever again, but if we do, I will 1,000,000% be calling LimeGreen again.

The Lime Green team was great, but special shout outs to David and Pablo. David is very experienced and knowledgeable, and he was thoughtful and kind throughout. Pablo was professional, helpful, and also very kind.
My bathroom flooded and the water affected a relatively small area and any damage was minimal. Being a smaller job, I was very concerned that they may cherry pick and not be willing to work with me, but they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. They explained all of my options, remained flexible, and did the work immediately. I'm so grateful.
They treated me like any regular sized client and didn't try to take advantage of me. As a single woman, you noticed that right away. A flood of any kind is obviously a very stressful situation, so to have people easy to work with on every level is a huge relief. Thank you David and Lime Green!

Lime Green is amazing period. Here is a long winded review but every word is worth it.
Not my favorite thing to have home repairs with insurance companies to deal with. Had a water leak while going thru medical issues. Farmers sent out their guy. Did nothing for days. Called a company my family used for mold. The owner David came out on a Sunday within an hour of our talk. His crew arrived the next morning at 8 am.
The quality of work was exceptional (looks way better than before. Will send before and after pix upon request. Even better than their quality David compassionately listened and chatted about
my medical issues (not COVID-19 ). He is an expert in mold water and reconstruction from what I can see and a very compassionate person.
