This lawyer firm has doing business in a very unprofessional way and have closed a sale with incorrect title. Our company only sold land to the buyer, however the lawyer transferred our company title with 6 units on it also to the land buyer. After other lawyer firm found problem, this lawyer firm did not help to correct the title problem. Now our company has financial lose because of this title issue. Our company is working with lawyer to sue this lawyer firm. Stay away to use this lawyer firm! !!! If your buyer or seller wants to have the right title after closing, find other lawyer firm!

The personal at the law office were so professional, kind and so very helpful. Mrs. Simmons is an amazing attorney. I will definitely use this law office again. Couldn't ask for better people.

called for quotes, saw they had a bad review, conveniently a good one right after lol but i called anyways ,,,, they were right. My customer service wasn't at all what i expected or maybe i should have after the bad review

This lawyer was referred to us through a family member who attends church with her. Throughout the entire proceedings she has been complicit with the OPI's demands. She has not ONCE stood up and fought for us, in fact the only thing we asked her to accomplish, she failed at miserably. We stated that our children did not want to see their biological father ,because of the patterns of abuse and control that he has exhibited in the past, so we did not want to put them in that situation. It was the single most important thing to us. This lawyer's communication skills are severely lacking and clearly shows a lack of concern for her clients. She does not return phone calls in a prompt manner and on our calls to her we are always told "she is 'in a meeting'". On several occasions it has taken her weeks to respond even to emails. Unless you are a real estate developer or someone with DEEP pockets I would stay away from this attorney.
