  Initially, I didn't have any issues with Zachary when I hired him. I gave him all the information he needed and made my payment in full for his "services". Time goes by, I haven't heard from him or his paralegal assistant since that day. To get in touch with Zachary, you have to go thru one of the paralegal assistants, or email. You also have to give him at least 3 business days to reach out to you.
  We needed to file paperwork to have some one served, Zachary and his partner insisted that I try to convince the individual to sign the acknowledgement form, after I clearly stated that the individual is NOT willing to do that. They did nothing about it, I told Zachary and his assistant what I wanted, and I still couldn't even get that started. My case was obviously not important to them at all.
  I had enough, I decided to take my case with another attorney.
  My new attorney and his team are very helpful, they don't treat me as if I was a burden. They're always willing to talk to me personally over the phone and they answer all my questions. They filed my case just a few days after hiring them and they even called me to let me know it was done. (something The Law Offices of Zachary J Burkhalter had such a difficult time accomplishing)
  No more emails, or extended waiting periods, as I previously experienced.
  Before you hire some one, make sure the lawyer you choose is HONEST, professional, treats you with respect and gives you the attention you deserve. One who listens to what you want, advises you well, one who is able to answer all of your questions and one that will be able handle your case. Do your research and interview.
  They see it as a business matter, but it's YOUR life.

  I highly recommend Zach for any legal proceeding that you encounter. He goes above and beyond on your behalf. He takes pride in what he is doing. Zach researches everything he can think of and makes sure he is prepared for anything that is thrown his way. I just want to say thanks to him and his staff for a job well done.
