Very dishonest man. Never returned my calls and drug a two week case out for three months, all he understands is this bucket he says u put cash in like a leppracon hiding your gold. Man has memory loss when it comes time to do what he was payed to do. Take my advice and stay away, that's if u want a real Attorney to work for u and not a cheat. Has no pride in his law work, or the oath he had taken. One good thing about his memory is he knows how to count your money and put a tight rope around your kneck.

Worst attorney very dishonest would not hired him if you do expect to pay way more than he quotes you and expect to loose he act like he has no clue of what's going on in the court room

Having James work for me on several cases I have gotten to know him and respect him and what he does. He is a hard working attorney who will go above and beyond your expectations. His staff is friendly and he always returns your calls right away. He's fair and straight forward which is what I like. He's going to tell you how it is and what to expect. He gives great advice and cares about his clients.

I met Mr. Goad several years ago, when I retained his services for a divorce. Mr. Goad actually listened to what I had to say. He was empathetic and gave me excellent advice. I was very happy with the results. Since that time, he has represented me in another divorce case and a financial matter. I have recommended Mr. Goad to several friends who have been equally happy.
