My experience with Leslie and associates has been phenomenal. I’ve been renting since 2020. Their staff is friendly and quick to respond to emails. Their rental prices are fair, and any rent increases they’ve had to make are minimal and fall in line with Ashevilles rental market.

Their maintenance team is awesome! Any maintenance requests I’ve had have been fixed very quickly. I would definitely lease with them again.

My partner and I toured an apartment this afternoon and had a very unfriendly and strange experience. We were not properly introduced to the man giving us a tour. He didn’t even ask for our names just “you have an appointment right?” I then introduced myself and my partner to him in which he gave us a “fist bump” He did not ask us any questions about ourselves, our needs and what we were looking for. He rushed us through the hall way all the way up the stairs- barely able to keep up. Once we got in the unit, he didn’t say anything, did not provide any information about the apartment such as heating, cooling, building code info, anything. We asked about the parking situation and we’re told “it’s our responsibility” mean while-scattered around the building are many crumpled up parking tickets- not a great sign. He then took us through the maze of the building showing us the laundry and storage areas. This building is huge and the basement is a little scary, as some basements can be. We were practically jogging trying to keep up with him. He still is not speaking to us. If I were a single woman going on this tour by myself I would have not felt safe being dragged around a basement with a man who didn’t even identify himself or mention he was with your company. My partner and I left feeling very uncomfortable from the experience. For $1,500 a month- I would never even consider renting from y’all as this proved to be such an unfriendly experience. As someone who has years of property management experience, this approach and attitude towards potential renters would never be acceptable amongst the top management groups in the area. Overall a very strange and weird experience.

I lived here from 2017-2019. Not an internet troll just giving my opinion on bad landlords. My roof literally caved in and they did nothing. I would stear clear. I actually met with the owner himself and he was very condescending.

Save yourself a lot of stress and don’t rent from these people. The address they give to the office is wrong. I always paid on time and I did get my full deposit back after many months of waiting. This is not a negative post due to my negligence. If you decide to rent from Leslie and associates. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

so much to say about Leslie and Associates.but I will only say this. At 28 Hillendale Road #1, there is a ghost. His name is Wesley and he was my friend. he died on 5/29/2019 in the front room of the apartment. his birthday is 2/21. it would be great for who ever lives there to pour out a beer for him on these days. doesn't have to be fancy. thanks, and Hey Mr. Leslie!!!
