Terrible service and terrible customer service. Three times over the last winter our tanks went empty. We called them and were told that we were not scheduled till the next week. We told them we were empty and they did not care. Had to wait several days before they were filled again. Also they have lousy bookkeeping. The driver leaves a bill on the door, if it's not blown away by winds. It will say one thing and then they send a statement with a different amount. We paid what was on bill left on door and then told later on we owed more. Almost double the amount. I read a lot of bad reviews but wanted to use a local company. Well believe the bad reviews. Not even worth one star. I recommend another provider. As soon as our tanks are empty they will be gone.

Horrible first time experience, The lady named Stacey was very rude from the moment she answered the phone. She made things very difficult. I am going with a different company!!! Do not go with Lenox Propane, they are very rude and unprofessional.

I also find them unfriendly to customers and difficult to work with. Simple questions are answered with veiled sarcasm e.g. "We do have other payment methods available for your use. Such as, using your local postal service by mailing a check" (Please ignore the grammar errors! This is how it was received!) This was in response to a questions about have an electronic account to receive and pay bills online and not have to rely on mail (additional charges!) or bills left in the door. You would think they could be more user friendly to their customers! If I could find another supplier I would!

Totally unwilling to work with customers. Tried to get them to bill a tenant directly and the absolutely will not do it. They leave a bill at your home and rely totally on that for payment. If it blows away, you can be I trouble. We pay our bills on time and are good customers. These people are rude whe you speak to them. They don't even deserve one star.
