Costomer service was great. Made my awful travels not so bad. All staff I encountered was very attentive in trying to make my hours of wait as comfortable as possible!

You deal with the same crew from checkin until boarding, so be sure to be nice! The TSA check point is easy and with only one flight, it doesn't get backed up.

This is one of my favorite airports. It's so tiny, so that show up 2 hours early rule doesn't applied here. The workers are so friendly and helpful. Wonderful little airport!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! MY 2017 VERSA COMPACT CAR WAS GREAT ON GAS. FOR 11 DAYS I SPENT LESS THAN $50.00 AND DROVE 787 MILES!!!

This airport is as user friendly as it gets. The criticisms here about the workers and the TSA agents is misplaced and uncalled for. With only a maximum of 30 people per flight, the only reason a passenger can be late for their flight is by not arriving on time to go through security. No other large hub airport will allow you to show up only an hour before the flight and get you to your gate on time. The flight schedule is dependent on Charlotte which is only a 30 minute flight time away. In fact, you can get to a flight out of Charlotte from Florence in less time than some people in the Charlotte area can. Whenever I am boarding flights home from the likes of Miami, Minneapolis, Newark, JFK, or Dallas, I find myself thankful for the convenience that Florence Regional Airport provides.

I have flown from mass to florence many times since 2009 and back. Now I live in dazell s.c so I no longer have to but are waiting for friends to visit me here. I know they will have a wonderful flight into florence and back out just like I have.

The only problem at this location is the TSA agents, they are so inexperienced and hold up the process making you cut it so close to missing your flight that it's absolutely ridiculous. I had less items flying out of Florence then when I came from Philadelphia and they pulled me aside, had to do a pat down, swab tested my bag saying it showed a chemical but couldn't answer what chemical even after testing and pulled everything out or my bag. I do want to say that the staff at Hertz car rental are THE BEST I have ever dealt with. Hertz ROCKS but Florence TSA Agents should find new jobs working at a prison.

This was the best rental experience I have had to date. I took Amtrak to Florence. This agency is awesome, they reimburse your taxi to the terminal to pick up your car, and they allow you to return your vehicle to the train station. Very convenient, friendly, professional and overall awesomeness. Thanks
