  these people are crooks don't rent a U-Haul from them, they will over charge your card they lie about the gas and milange in trucks.. Do not recommend!!! Managers do not return your phone calls because they know there crooks.

  This place is dirty and has the worst customer service. I too referred someone over to this place a few weeks ago and the person i sent over told them he was referred but nothing was said or done about it. This place is a rip off. Its full of roaches and spiders and when you complain about it the manager does nothing about it. My friends stuff was ruined and infested with roaches, ants and a few spiders. My friend said the manager and asst manager do not know how to do their job and don't care about what the customer has to say or their issues with their unit. His ceiling in his unit was also falling down When my wife rented there back in November 2015 she said she had great customer service with the manager and that the manager took care of all her needs. You need to bring her back because it seemed like she cared and new her job. This place is a joke and should be condemned!!!!! I will never send business to this place againand I don't even give it one star but it made me check it to post this messageI give this place a minus 10..

  These ppl are pressed, nice when you move in and will get nasty once you move out! Also I referred someone to their facility only to be lied to over and over about the referral "Check" I never gotI really liked old management, but the new ppl lie and fave me run around
