  I’m blown away by the high integrity of this company. I screwed up the cables on my garage door and made it worse by trying to fix it on my own.
  
  I called several different companies and ultimately decided to go with Eco Overhead Garage Doors because they were the only ones to quote me a ballpark price over the phone. The other companies either quoted just a service fee or wouldn’t ballpark it at all.
  
  When the technician came to my house, it turned out that he was the owner of the company. After he inspected the damage, he told me that the cost was going to be much less than what was quoted because it was not as damaged as I had originally described it over the phone.
  
  The owner could have easily told me that I needed the other repairs and I would’ve been none the wiser. Instead, he did the honest thing and only quoted me what the actual cost for repairs would be… taking money out of his pockets. If that’s his expectation then I know that’s his expectation of his employees… to be honest and do right by the customer. Hard to find nowadays. For that reason alone, I sing this company’s praises.
  
  Now to the quality of the work… another excellent performance. He saw that my beam, which I had been using for the past five years, was not level. So he fixed it for me. The garage opens and closes better than it did before and the weird noises are gone.
  
  Thank you very much to Eco Overhead Garage Doors for being an honest company and for doing quality work.

  Quick response. Knowledgeable technicians. I worked with both Katie in the office and Sam on the worksite. Each did a great job! Eco kept their appointment, arrived on time, walked me through every step of the job, and were very helpful and courteous. I had a great experience working with them.

  Sam worked on our garage and he did a great job! He shared his knowledge with us and got the job done quickly. Looking forward to working with them again!

  We cannot recommend Alex and Sam enough. Sam showed up on on a Friday afternoon to assess the issues we were having with our garage door opener that we had installed by someone else. He spent over 5 hours working on the opener, the rails, the bearings, and more. He accidentally broke the belt and spent an hour driving back to the city and getting a new belt and working on it some more. At the end of it, it wasn’t resolved, and he didn’t charge us for a single thing. He gave us recommendations on what we should do (the last of his recommendations being replacing the entire spring system with a concern for cost). We were inclined to jump at the replacement, but we decided shop around. We called a few places, and they were about the same or more expensive. Because Eco had already done such a great job in putting in so much effort, we decided to ask them to replace the system. Alex was able to offer a Sunday replacement. It took him maybe an hour and a half to replace the entire spring system and reset the garage door opener. We can’t even tell it’s opening. Alex and Sam were so great to work with, and while I don’t expect that we’ll need them during the lifetime warranty, I know they’ll do a great job if we do end up needing a repair.

  I’ve just worked with Eco for two repairs on my garage door. Both times, I contacted them after 6pm, yet they still responded quickly and send a team out the next morning. The technicians are very polite, punctual, and knowledgeable. They performed solid repairs at reasonable price. I will definitely work with them again and refer them to my neighbors.
