I was rear ended a while back and they fixed my car right up. They kept me updated regularly and worked with the other person's car insurance quickly and professionally. I'll update if I end up having trouble with my new trunk, but I don't anticipate any problems based on what I see so far.

UPDATE SINCE I GOT MY TRUCK BACK
The body work on my truck does look very good. I have changed my rating to 3 stars. It would be 5 stars if the communication was better. But as far as the work to my truck goes its excellent!! Thank you too leflers for making this right!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO LEFLERS!!!!! They have had my vehicle for a month and a half. It was supposed to be done a week ago. But they couldnt get the airbag light to go off. So they have been working on that for one week and still havent firgured it out. And they dont update you theyll just keep telling you its going to be done tomorrow. Ive been hearing that for a week now. So finally after asking them 100 times to fix it or send it elsewhere to get fixed they are finally sending it elsewhere. I hit a deer so front end damage only i figured a month to fix max. But im guessing hopefully ill have it back in 2 months. If u dont want ur vehicle back in a timely manner and you enjoy getting the run around from people that work there take ur vehicle to leflers if not uve been warned.

With three sons, each with their own cars plus my car and my wife's car, I have had numerous opportunities to use Lefler. I have been extremely impressed with the quality of their work, but also the incredible quality of their customer service. I receive numerous contacts from them to let me know the status of my cars without ever having to contact them. Also, they work with my insurance company seamlessly. They handle everything from the rental car to scheduling the work to communicating with the insurance company and to returning the rental car! Plus, when I get my car back it's nicely cleaned on the inside and outside! Each of my experiences there have been better than any previous experiences with collision repair. Five Stars, A+, 10 out of 10, whatever the highest score I can give them, I give them.

My new car was hit in a parking lot, and the insurance company recommended their shop, so I checked them out. They had good reviews, and info so I went to them and got the estimate. They even helped me get a rental while the repairs where being done. It was a great experience in all. When I picked up the car and looked over it they buffed out any problems areas I had found immediately and I was on my way. My car looks brand new again! I recommend them to anyone needing repairs! The staff was friendly and helpful. The work done was quality.

The exterior of my vehicle looks great. I couldn't be more pleased. However, when I opened the door to my vehicle and looked insidethere was a layer of "dust" all over everything! The dash, the seats, the upholstery, the carpet..The service associate asked for an additional 15 minutes so they could wipe down my vehicle. When completed, it appeared to have alleviated the problem, and I was without my vehicle for nearly a month, so I thanked the service associate and went on my way. Whatever was used to wipe/clean the interior of the vehicle, however, dried overnight and the dust/film was still everywhere.and the interior of my vehicle is black! So I was outside yesterday detailing the interior of my vehicle for nearly 4 hoursI still have the seats and carpet to go, but I'll have to get those professionally done. Major disappointmentif I had known that I would be getting a filthy car returned to me, I would have paid to have it detailed properly prior to getting it back. Feels kinda like a plumber walking through your home with muddy boots and not taking the time to clean the mess or ensure the mess never occurs!

My wife and experienced 2 accidents in 2 years(guess who premium is high mow). Both times we used Lefler and these guys and gals go above and beyond what we could imagine. Not only could you NOT tell we were in an accident, we never had a problem with the paint. They also detail the car before you get it back. Good customer service! If we ever have auto problems or want any cosmetic work done, Lefler is it folks.
