Heather did an amazing job for me. I had an issue pending in traffic court and received constant updates from her throughout the process. Ultimately, she was able to get everything dismissed. They handled my speeding ticket for ~$350 and had good communication about the process.
I didn’t have time to commute to NOLA to appear and I don’t believe it goes on my driving record. It was a huge relief and worth every dollar, because I worked full time on the North Shore. It took 7 mos from start to finish, because of weather and administrative issues. They sent a flyer to my home, after reviewing public records of who could use their services.

If you (like me just a month ago) have been searching for the most affordable and effective law office in New Orleans, congratulations, your search is over.

Heather Ford and her staff put me at ease when I first called and continued to go above and beyond in terms of their communication with me and hard work in court on my behalf. They've helped me solve what I thought was an impossible situation, so I am very grateful.

My driver's license was suspended due to unpaid traffic violations in Orleans and St John parishes. All four incidents were reduced to non-moving violations (great for my driving record) or dismissed entirely.
The cost to hire Heather was a tiny tiny fraction of the collective ticket fines and reinstatement fees I would have encountered without their help. Now, my license is fully reinstated, and I have no derogatory marks with my car insurance provider.
