I was rear ended back in March of 2018 and was directed to this law firm. I was helped tremendously with navigating the stressful and predatory nature of the at fault drivers insurance company. I was able to work with doctors and counselors to heal effectively, and they fought to get me a fair settlement - when the at fault insurance company tried to settle for an insultingly low offer. I’m very glad that they told me up front that these cases can take a long time to close in certain instances and to be prepared to be patient for the best results. The patience paid off - although at times I just wanted to give up. They did not give up and I’m happy with the outcome.

In 2019 I was hit from behind with a strike hard enough to injure my neck and my back. My car also had considerable bumper and back frame damages even though the defendant’s car looked barely affected. This was the 2nd rear-end collision I had in a year and a half. 🤦🏻‍♀️

When I was hit the first time, in 2018, I called Albert Abkarian for help. Albert and his staff were truly incredible! Albert and his amazing paralegal, Elena, walked me through everything I needed to do to get the help necessary for my injuries as well as the repairs for my car. I now had new disc herniations in my neck (not seen just the year before) and my middle back also had disc herniations!

Not to worry, Abkarian & Associates was there for me! They got to work quickly and thoroughly. They got my car repaired and got me connected to great doctors who attended to my injuries. I am so thankful for the exceptional service that I received!

If you are involved in a car accident or need a personal injury attorney for any reason, contact Abkarian & Associates IMMEDIATELY! Albert and his incredible team really came through for me and I couldn't be happier with how they handled my case and the result.

I was involved in a T-Bone type car accident in the turning/middle lane of a major Los Angeles street, and whilst not life-threatening, it was certainly devastating in many ways. I started the claims process myself, getting the other driver's insurance company to admit fault and fix my vehicle while I began treatment for my injuries.

Unfortunately, my injuries continued to get worse, and after treating for a couple of months, I was referred by a medical professional to a couple of attorneys. Albert Abkarian & Associates was at the top of that list and for good reason. I knew right away that they were the right firm to win my case. They showed great understanding and compassion, asked and answered a lot of questions, and got the ball rolling from day one.
