Worst, and fastest, manicure I've ever had. Polish all over my cuticles, I have cuticles because they weren't pushed back, and the polish bubbled. Best of all, there's a hair in my polish.
Edit: I called but was told they could do nothing to make this right because they didn't see my nails, so I couldn't prove they were done poorly. The man I spoke to was not customer friendly At all.
I got a dip manicure but she had to take my previous dip off- which took about 30 minutes and she didn’t even get all of it off. Then she cut my long nails down without asking me. I wanted coffin nails but since she cut them and didn’t even put tips on them she made them short and square. She never filed them to be even lengths and my old dip still showed through the new color. when I checked out, I expected to pay 45$ (The price on their signs and website) but no. She charged me 70$ because “it took a while to get all the old dip off”. 1- she didn’t even get all the dip off anyways and 2- why is she charging me an extra 25$ for it. While I was getting my nails done, the police were in there investigating because there was a reported stolen bag and laptop. I didn’t stay long enough to know what the end result was but the whole trip was horrible.
This was my first time at Lavender two weeks ago. My pedicure was disappointing, to say the least. I paid for the organic ($55). The lady barely scrubbed my foot with a sponge and painted my toenails. I was happy with the acrylic full set, however, for my disappointment the nails started falling off four days later. By the end of the first week I was missing three nails. That NEVER happened to me before. Avoid this place! :(
Got a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was fantastic. The manicure was terrible. we had reservations but they were letting walk in’s that came in after us go before us. My acrylic nails were done really bad they’re super lumpy. They didn’t clean up the under part of my nails so it’s all gunky and disgusting. I showed a picture of the nail art and they told me that they could do it and they definitely did not. The nail art is terrible and they just let me walk out after I told them I did not like the nails and I was very unhappy with how they did them. Please do not go here unless you just want a BASIC pedicure!!!!
I went in on Monday 6/6 for a dip and it was the worst dip I had ever gotten. I live in Texas and had gone to this salon previously while in Franklin and the nail technician did a great job. However, I came back a second time a couple months later and this time it was terrible. Not even 2 days later I had nails cracking - mind you I was not doing anything intense with my hands to possibly harm them. Already back in Texas I was not able to get them fixed. Fast forward to Sunday 6/12, full nails were coming off.
Dip nails usually last me 3.5 weeks. So having to go to a salon here and get new nails barely a week later is not ideal. Not a great experience at all for spending $70.
