i was in a car accident and chose laurrel valley to fix my van. I wanted to give a shot out to their collision center the did an excellent job on the repairs it dosent look like i was in an accident. Also they kept me well informed on the progress and delt with my costant calling is a proffesional and freindly manner.a great place for repairs!!!! TOP NOTCH PLACE DONT SETTLE FOR LESS!!!!!!!!

You guys are a class act!!!!!! I ordered one instead and actually saved a little more! Because of $1,000 your dealership lost a $75,000 sale.. You could have up sold me a warranty and made it back up How ridiculously simple minded are you guys there?! I'm 23 yard in business would never let that occur in my business! 9 months this truck has sat on your books and that isn't long enough. Good luck with selling it

This place sucks, they have an employee named "Butch" that assaulted my brother about whether or not a Pontiac was supercharged or not. He pushed him into the car's door jam and placed his hand on his neck and punched him in the lip. His lip was busted and had to get dermabond on it. "Butch" WASN'T PUNISHED AT ALL AND CURRENTLY WORKS THERE while my brother got a one day suspension and quit. I WILL NOT SUPPORT A DEALERSHIP THAT HARMS OTHER EMPLOYEES ESPECIALLY MY FAMILY. I don't recommend going here to buy a car because you might get hit if you disagree with them.

We were returning to Wisconsin from a family vacation in Virginia and the PA Turnpike was closed for 90 miles. We had to take 30 as a detour and then we got a flat tire! The guys at this dealership took us right away, fixed it in less than an hour AND didn't charge me a dime. I'm so grateful for the awesome service that if I lived nearby I'd buy my next new car from these folks! Top notch people and service.
